Baal Is Ours
The Great Devourer:!!!
The core consciousness of the mother insect trembled violently. Impossible!
How could he have noticed?!
Psionic Energy accumulation is a clandestine operation at the Warp level!
How could his senses be so sharp?!
Could he himself be some kind of powerful Warp entity?!
Beyond the shock, there was a greater sense of disruption to the plan and being forced to make a decision ahead of schedule.
We can't hide any longer... Now that we've been discovered... then... let's go all out!
Emission!!!
Without further hesitation, the mother insect unleashed the terrifying Psionic Energy that had accumulated to a critical point, enough to cause mass extinction on the planet's surface.
Like a destructive torrent unleashed, it surged forth onto the surface of Baal, especially into the areas where the blue warriors were most concentrated!
This was a desperate attack.
Such a massive Psionic Energy shock meant that even this fleet, which received long-range support from the Great Devourer, had to use almost all of its Psionic Energy reserves.
One use is the limit that this insectoid tentacle can achieve at this stage.
If you fail, you'll become the steak these Ultramarines are talking about.
"You want to try that again?!"
Guilliman snorted coldly.
He had originally planned to leave one or two relatively intact Hive Ship and tow them back for the Tech-Priest of the Adeptus Mechanicus to study.
Perhaps we can reverse engineer some useful biotechnology, or at least figure out some of the Zerg hive's weaknesses.
But now...
"Let those gearheads study the fragments!"
Before he finished speaking, Guilliman had already vanished from the spot.
It wasn't Warp jump, nor was it Psionic Energy; it was a purely physical, linear leap that was so fast it exceeded the limits of visual perception!
The faint force field surrounding him pushed aside the air, even shattering the Tyranids units in his path into basic particles, leaving a brief golden-blue vacuum trail behind him!
His objective was clear—an orbital Hive Ship!
There was no dazzling energy gathering or complex Psionic Energy runes on his clenched right fist.
There is only one kind of material existence that possesses a terrifying quality of being "reinforced," "condensed," and "endowed with absolute kinetic energy."
Under his absolute control, atoms arrange and vibrate in ways that transcend the conventional limitations of physical laws.
Concentrate the boundless, fundamental power of the Material Universe into a single point of your fist!
The Hive Ship seemed to sense the small yet catastrophic threat heading straight for it.
The massive biomass ship began clumsily trying to adjust its attitude, its surface dotted with numerous gun turrets and biological missile pods, attempting to intercept.
At the same time, a small stream of the destructive Psionic Energy that had just been launched and was surging toward Baal like an invisible tsunami also split off, like flexible tentacles, to try to entangle and hinder Guilliman.
However, it was all in vain.
Guilliman was too fast, his trajectory too straight, and his will too resolute.
The hastily launched bio-projectiles and Psionic Energy couldn't even get close to the invisible "erasure field" surrounding him.
A thousand miles can be covered in the blink of an eye!
Before the mothership's core, which resembled a giant eye or nerve ganglion, Guilliman's figure appeared as if in divine punishment.
He raised his right fist high, a fist that embodied the immense power of the Material Universe.
Facing the mothership's core, covered in a thick organic shell and pulsating with evil Psionic Energy.
Simple yet seemingly carrying the weight of stars—
A punch landed.
No sound reached the surface of Baal.
Only all beings with Psionic Energy perception, whether Blood Angels, Ultramarines, or the remaining high-level Tyranids units.
At that moment, everyone felt an incredibly intense tremor and annihilation originating from the depths of their souls.
On the orbit, the massive Hive Ship, as large as a small mountain, first showed a tiny "dent" in its core.
Immediately afterwards.
An indescribable blue-white light burst forth from the dent, instantly engulfing a small portion of the mothership.
That wasn't the light of an explosion; it was more like the pure energy glow released when the material structure was completely "disintegrated" and "reorganized" at the most microscopic level into its most basic form.
Where the light passed, thick biomass carapaces, complex internal organs, flowing corrosive fluids, and tangled Psionic Energy networks were revealed...
Everything, like ice and snow under the sun, silently melts, vaporizes, and returns to the most primordial particle stream.
In the span of a single breath, more than a third of the main structure of the mothership, which represented the highest command node of this Hive Fleet and possessed terrifying Psionic Energy, had disappeared.
The remaining debris also lost all vitality and Psionic Energy fluctuations, like decaying rocks that had been weathered for millions of years in an instant, and began to silently disintegrate and scatter.
The destructive torrent of Psionic Energy that was originally heading towards Baal, once it lost its source, dissipated and vanished like a kite with a broken string halfway through its journey.
It left only a brief and magnificent aurora-like Psionic Energy in the upper atmosphere, but no one had the heart to appreciate it.
Guilliman withdrew his fist and hovered silently amidst the rapidly cooling and dissipating dust of the mothership wreckage.
His blue-gold Power Armour armor was spotless, as if the devastating attack just now had nothing to do with him.
He looked down at Baal, which was gradually becoming clearer.
And the Zerg swarms, thrown into chaos by the destruction of their mothership and the collapse of their high-level nodes, losing unified command and becoming blind and inefficient in their attacks, slowly exhaled.
"Now,"
His calm voice echoed across the battlefield, clearly reaching the ears of every soldier through Psionic Energy and communication networks. "Clear out the remaining Tyranids units."
"Baal is ours."
