The Spirit Eye Technique was one of the three spells mastered by Wang Mengde's predecessor. It was specifically used for combing the shore, allowing its user to locate sea goods that ordinary sight could not perceive beneath reefs, mud, and shallow sand. At the time of Wang Mengde's transmigration, it was only at the beginner stage. 2

Wang Mengde's Fate, Heaven Rewards Diligence, allowed each genuine use of the spell to yield insights into spiritual-power circulation, concentration, and visual focus.
