Dumbledore's Double Goes Offline
Today, Hogwarts Castle was quiet, devoid of the usual clamor of young wizards, as they were all confined to their dormitories.
The headmasters strictly forbade the young wizards from going out because Peeves's mischievous castle had been invaded by many Troll, though Peeves himself was unaware of this.
In an empty classroom Oren fiddled with the screen in front of him, while the three little ones watched from behind.
"Very good, Malfoy went to the Room of Requirement. Will, have you arrived at Hogsmeade yet?"
Inside the Three Broomsticks, Will Stupefy Madam Rosmerta with a single, stun punch.
"We've reached the young master's place. I also took care of that unfortunate fellow who was under the Imperius Curse. Lupin and Moody are also camped out at the Hog's Head with their men."
"I think their taste is really bad. The Three Broomsticks is much better; at least their Butterbeer isn't expired."
Oren scoffed and said, "You guys are here for a team-building event at the bar, so act naturally. Besides, the owner of Hog's Head probably won't charge Lupin and Moody for their drinks."
"Of course, I'm not planning to reimburse you for the cost of the drinks either."
Will glanced at the unconscious Madam Rosmerta; he had no intention of paying.
Oren picked up the other receiver and said, "Professor McGonagall, please be more serious. Troll have invaded the school!"
Professor McGonagall on the screen rolled her eyes and tried to put on a serious face.
"Yes, yes, that's right. Professor McGonagall, please move your armor five centimeters to the left. After all, you'll need these things to stop the Death Eaters later."
Professor McGonagall gritted her teeth, waved her wand, and did as she was told.
Hermione, standing nearby, remarked, "Oren, I think you're getting a little suicidal."
"You little witch, you're so uncultured! What I'm doing is called rebelling against the heavens. Besides, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. My current antics are perfectly justified... directing Professor McGonagall is perfectly reasonable, okay? I wouldn't be wrong to complain to Merlin."
"Ahem!" Harry reminded him, "Oren, you forgot to mute your microphone."
Oren!!!
On the screen, Professor McGonagall gripped her wand tightly, her face dark, and said nothing; she would likely settle the score later.
"Ahem, ahem~" Oren decisively switched the screen, "Is Headmaster Dumbledore ready to meet Merlin?"
Dumbledore swallowed his dessert and said, "What Merlin? I'm just a double, okay?"
"Alright, alright, you can continue enjoying your Last Supper. I still need to monitor the progress."
Dumbledore...
On the screen, Professor McGonagall walks down the Seventh Floor corridor, wand in hand. Judging from her dark expression, Peeves is clearly infuriated by her this time.
The door to the Room of Requirement opened, and a group of Death Eaters and Professor McGonagall stared at each other for several seconds.
Immediately afterwards, armored figures and stone statues rapidly approached, and the puppets wielding weapons nearly drove the Death Eaters back to the Room of Requirement.
Oren quickly switched the channel on his headphones, saying, "Oh my professor, please be gentle with Hai, don't let the Death Eaters really fight back."
Professor McGonagall...
As the attacks from the statues and armored figures subsided, the Death Eaters finally broke into the corridor. They used Confringo to collapse the ceiling, temporarily separating Professor McGonagall from them.
"Hey, Will, did you hear the explosion?"
Will chugged half a bottle of Butterbeer like a thirsty man and said, "Didn't you hear me?"
Oren rolled his eyes and switched the channel to Kreacher.
"Quickly detonate the alchemical explosives, let Hogsmeade hear the bang!"
"Hehehe~" Kreacher rubbed his hands together and detonated the explosives. The kitchen exploded on the spot, and the fact that the Great Hall didn't collapse was a testament to how sturdy it was built back then.
"Brothers, grab your weapons!" ×3
Will, Lupin, and Moody led their men out of the bar and headed for Hogwarts.
As everyone rushed into the castle, Oren made a video call to Snape.
"Have we arrived, Professor Half-Blood Prince?"
Snape said with a dark expression, "Soon, we'll almost meet up with the Death Eaters."
Oren nodded and switched to the public channel. "Snape's gone to assassinate Headmaster Dumbledore! Everyone, get revenge! I mean, everyone stop him!"
Snape...
The journey to reunite them was exceptionally arduous, especially for Lupin's group; they truly endured Cruciatus Curse.
"Professor McGonagall, have you dug through that pile of rubble?"
"Not yet." Professor McGonagall sat to the side, sipping her tea, directing the statues and armored figures as they slowly dug through the building's ruins.
"Then you should dig slowly, old man. Death Eaters are still popping out of the Room of Requirement."
Professor McGonagall...
Soon Lupin and Moody were fighting with the Death Eaters.
Oren yelled, "Will, you fat bastard, where are you? Hurry up and launch the attack!"
Will, his bulky frame jiggling as he ran, said, "Almost there!"
"Run faster! Remember to get your 5000-meter race reward after this match!"
Will...
Looking at the screen filled with flying green lights, Ron said, "Are you sure this is a righteous organization fighting against the You-Know-Who?"
Harry chimed in, "It feels like a dark wizarding civil war."
Hermione nodded in agreement with their points of view.
Oren...
The Death Eaters lingered outside the Headmaster's Office for quite a while before finally opening the door.
Dumbledore quickly swallowed the last bite of dessert and then wiped the crumbs off his hands onto his robe.
Draco Malfoy led the way, followed by several Death Eaters leaders.
Dumbledore unfazed and immediately launched into a verbal attack.
Not only the Death Eaters, but also Oren and the three little ones behind the screen were somewhat bewildered.
Finally, Snape couldn't stand it anymore and used Killing Curse to drag Dumbledore to the foot of the tower.
He was getting anxious; Lupin's Cruciatus Curse was truly ruthless. He needed to leave quickly and find some Draught of Peace.
Hermione asked, "The headmaster's double is dead, what should we do now?"
Oren shrugged and said, "What else can we do? Hold a grand celebration!"
The three little ones...
"Will and Moody, listen up! The Death Eaters are running away. Leave as many as you can!"
"By the way Lupin, you lead your men and hunt down Snape with all your might. Even if he runs to the ends of the earth, you have to find him!"
Lupin!!!
Three little ones!!!
"What kind of looks are you three giving me? We're not here to settle personal scores. This is Snape's order. As long as he's constantly being hunted, he has a reason not to see You-Know-Who."
Harry asked, puzzled, "Why?"
"Because Snape is now very afraid of death; only by staying alive can he get close to Aunt Lily."
Harry: Blood pressure ↑
Oren wasn't settling a personal score, but Lupin wasn't. Before they left, Sirius Black had specifically instructed him to go all out.
The attack intensity increased sharply, and the Death Eaters were forced into a retreat, with many already escaping through the Vanishing Cabinet.
Draco and several Death Eaters leaders were trapped in the Headmaster's Office!!!
Under the terrified gazes of the three little ones, the Death Eaters chose to jump off the tower.
Fortunately, there was magic, otherwise these people would have had to start a feast on the spot.
Draco, being the luckiest, fell on Dumbledore's double.
Dumbledore was preparing to organize the remains and testament of his double...
