Gathering
"What are you talking about! Do you think coming out with your big brother would make you suffer like that on the Knight Bus?" Oren casually opened a portal.
The little witch's face turned green. "Oren, you used magic! The Ministry of Magic will find out!"
"Impossible, Hermione! How could the Ministry of Magic discover something they didn't know about?"
Ron exclaimed in surprise, "This door didn't even open into some desolate wilderness!?"
Oren scoffed. "This is Sirius Black's backyard on Privet Drive. You two better hurry up and follow."
The three stepped out of the portal and saw two humanoid creatures forming a human ladder next to a tree, seemingly picking fruit.
Oren quipped, "It's obvious that our ancestors were in such a hurry when they came down from the tree that they forgot to tell them."
Harry took a basketball from the tree, lost his balance, and fell onto the grass. Sirius Black quickly helped him up.
"Oren, Ron, Hermione, you're here!" Harry exclaimed in surprise. "Hermione, you look exactly the same as you did in third year!"
"Of course, the effects of my beauty Potions are extraordinary," Oren said, pointing to Hermione's small face. "This is a proportionally magnified version of a third-year student, but Harry, you and Ron somewhat lower the average attractiveness of our team."
Ron twitched his lips and said, "Harry, what are you doing, climbing a tree?"
Harry showed off the basketball and said, "We're Bludger that's hanging in the tree."
Ron shook his head and said, "I've never seen Bludger like that before."
Sirius Black, who was standing to the side, chimed in, "It's possible, but it'll cost extra."
Ron...
Oren glanced at Harry and Sirius Black and said, "I thought you two had already starved to death."
Sirius Black crossed his arms and said, "If we can't make it, can't we just buy it?"
Harry nodded in agreement, "We eat fast food three times a day."
"Tsk~" Oren scoffed, "At this rate, Harry be 1.7 meters tall and 1.9 meters wide!"
"And you two are clearly out of your minds. There was a ladder just ten feet away, and you chose to form a human ladder. I must say, your understanding of tools has reached a new level."
Sirius Black...
Harry...
"Ahem," Hermione interrupted, "Harry, are you coming with us to the Burrow? We can go watch the Quidditch World Cup together."
Harry blinked his big eyes at Sirius Black.
Sirius Black: "Harry, you go ahead. I'll take care of some things and then meet up with you."
The four entered the Burrow and saw two unfamiliar red-haired youths looking around the living room.
A strange man said, "Little Ronnie, tell me quickly, when did our family become so wealthy?"
Oren vaguely recognized the other red-haired man; he seemed to be Charlie, the one who had picked up Norbert. He was staring at a golden vase, his eyes practically bulging out of their sockets.
Ron pointed at Oren and said, "He conjured her up."
Oren waved his hand at the two and said, "It can't be shown. Mrs. Molly strictly forbids me from turning anything from the Burrow into gold."
"You can call me Bill, and you absolutely mustn't spread this around, or a dark wizard will come after Oren."
Everyone nodded in agreement, except Hermione, who rolled her eyes. A mere dark wizard? She thought Oren, who knew Avada Lightning Chain, was far more dangerous.
In the evening, all the young wizards of the Burrow gathered in the living room to do their homework.
Ron: "Can Oren do his own homework instead of copying Hermione's?"
George, "Especially since the quill pen writes automatically when it flies up."
Fred: "Oren, you're making us look stupid."
"Hiss~ Ha," Oren sipped his hot tea. "Our old man Britain, the one who's the black flag of the Wizarding World, pulled off this tonight, and it was quite the spectacle."
Everyone...
"Children, please collect your homework," Mrs. Molly said, carrying a bowl of hot soup.
At the dinner table, Harry was showing off his food like a starving ghost, muttering to himself, "Finally, it's not fried food!"
Hermione put down her cutlery and said to Oren, "Why isn't Kreacher eating with us?"
At this moment, Kreacher was sitting at a small table in the corner of the room, struggling with a piece of roast meat.
"It's not coming with us. We're lucky if it doesn't end up in the cupboard," Oren said, swallowing a piece of roast meat. "Besides, isn't Kreacher's life better now than it was before Harry enrolled?"
Harry suddenly lost his appetite: This is happening again, it's never going to end...
After eating and drinking their fill, everyone continued their grueling homework, while Oren continued copying assignments and slacking off.
Sirius Black Apparition to the Burrow, slamming a foot-thick stack of documents down in front of Oren.
Oren: "What are you trying to do? Force a coup?"
Sirius Black: "These are all documents you need to handle as the heir to the Black family."
The three little ones, the twins, and Ginny all cast gloating glances their way.
"I can't do it," Oren refused. "I'm still a child. How about this, Sirius Black, I'll appoint you as Regent of Black family, and you'll be in charge of all the government!"
Sirius Black put on the mask of pain. There were only two of them in the Black family, and if Oren wouldn't do it, then he would have to.
"No, you're the registered heir of the Ministry of Magic, so you have to do it."
Oren slapped his thigh in regret, "Headmaster Dumbledore, you've really ruined my life!"
"By the way, Sirius Black, aren't there many portraits of the Black family ancestors in the old house?"
Sirius Black nodded in agreement.
"Here's what we'll do: I'll give you a voice-controlled quill pen. Go and have those portrait artists handle these matters. It's just the two of us left in the Black family; we desperately need these experienced and shrewd individuals to continue serving us."
Sirius Black exclaimed in surprise, "This... this is a good idea!"
After saying that, he turned to leave, but Oren hurriedly reminded him, "Don't forget to go find Dumbledore! Ask if there's a spell to stop the portraits from moving to other frames!"
Sirius Black: "Understood!"
The three little ones, the twins, and Ginny!!!
This person is dead, his portrait hangs on the wall, and he can still be exploited by Oren? Is that something a human being would do?
Hermione cautioned, "Oren, are you sure there won't be any problems doing this?"
"That makes perfect sense, how could there be a problem?" Oren affirmed. "Let me give you an example. If I, as the boss, don't want to manage it, then I can only hand it over to one of my underlings. If the underlings don't want to manage it, then they can only hand it over to that bastard."
"If this 'little devil' keeps interfering, the boss will eventually notice something's wrong, and then the problem will disappear."
Everyone...
After a busy day, Mr. Ao lay in bed, and before he knew it, it was already the early hours of the next day.
"Your Majesty! Your Majesty! Wake up! We've arrived at Tumu Fortress!"
Oren woke up with a start, exclaiming, "Ah, I'm having another nightmare!"
Ron: "What was in your nightmare that made you so panicked?"
Oren looked at him with an unfriendly expression and said, "Ron, I had just fallen asleep and you woke me up."
Harry called out, "It's time. We should go watch the Quidditch World Cup."
"Isn't this too early?" Oren asked, puzzled. "Is there such a rush?"
They simply shrugged to indicate their incomprehension.
