Yin Hongye lost his mother in childhood; his father and younger brother later died while he was still young. He began killing at the age of six, an experience that shaped both his extreme killing intent and his outlook on strength. 28 44

Before the age of fourteen, he had never attended school. After receiving an education, he developed into an exceptionally capable craftsman, researcher, and combatant. 120

He killed Pagoda Master Li and was subsequently blacklisted by the Spirit Pagoda. Yin Hongye discusses this without visible remorse. 17 Though frequently accused of being a Fallen or Evil Soul Master, he is distinguished from Evil Soul Masters by not devouring lives or souls. 1 76
