Natsuki rescued Shisui, exposed Danzo, and steered the Uchiha away from rebellion by making Konoha confront how much it depended on them. The clan relocated outside the village, while Natsuki began training Sasuke and intervened in Naruto’s neglect.

• Natsuki rescued the wounded Shisui from the Naka River, revealed his Mangekyō Sharingan while shielding the Uchiha from Root, and helped expose Danzo’s seizure of Shisui’s eye.
• Natsuki used fabricated visions of the Uchiha’s destruction to change Fugaku, Itachi, and Shisui’s priorities, then suspended most Uchiha Police Force members to demonstrate the village’s dependence on them.
• Natsuki arranged for the Hyuga and Root to take over patrol duties, and their troubles showed the other clans the difficulties the Uchiha had faced.
• Natsuki helped stage a battle between Fugaku and Itachi, allowing the Uchiha to leave Konoha without being declared rebels, and Fugaku resigned as Police Force captain.
• The Uchiha moved five kilometers outside Konoha, while Itachi fought Obito on the road and continued toward the Land of Rice with Izumi and the departing clan members.
• Natsuki trained through dream simulations and workouts, then accepted Fugaku’s request to train Sasuke.
• Natsuki took Sasuke and Naruto for ramen and clothes, confronted Kakashi over Naruto’s neglect, and warned that Naruto might come to feel the Uchiha treated him better.

Natsuki strengthened the Uchiha Clan’s position, exposed Danzo’s abuses, and intervened in the lives of Naruto, Sasuke, and Jiraiya. The arc ended with Jiraiya leaving Konoha to investigate Orochimaru while Naruto remained at the Academy.

• Natsuki helped Naruto and Sasuke grow closer, took Sasuke as his disciple, and guided him toward building a strong foundation at the Ninja Academy.
• Natsuki exposed the Cloud Village’s attempt to exploit Nagasaki Shinichi’s death, subdued Killer B, and forced Cloud to renegotiate its peace treaty with Konoha.
• Itachi and Shisui reached Otogakure, used Kotoamatsukami to turn Orochimaru into an ally, and joined his research into the dangers of Mangekyō Sharingan use.
• Aburame Ryoma attacked Uchiha Keimei, but Natsuki saved Keimei and killed Ryoma, giving the Third Hokage grounds to remove Danzo as an Advisor Elder.
• Natsuki freed Kinoe from Root, and the Third Hokage accepted him into the Anbu as Tenzo and ordered Root disbanded.
• Natsuki caught Jiraiya peeping at a women’s bath, arranged his detention and public apology, then fought him and reached a reconciliation with him.
• Natsuki challenged Sasuke to prove that Naruto could surpass him before they left the Academy, and Jiraiya later watched Naruto finish obstacle training in ninth place.
• Jiraiya told the Third Hokage that Natsuki seemed focused on protecting the Uchiha, then left Konoha to investigate Orochimaru in the Land of Rice.

Natsuki strengthened the Uchiha Clan, revealed the truth of Naruto’s jinchuriki status, and traveled to build alliances and confront threats. After helping Gaara and uncovering Obito’s manipulation of the Mist Village, he invited Kisame to join his faction.

• Natsuki awakened his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, became Naruto’s master, and revealed the Nine-Tails seal and Naruto’s hidden family history to him.
• Natsuki prepared Fugaku for his absence, disclosed Obito’s identity and the Akatsuki’s plans, then left Konoha as the Third Hokage watched.
• Natsuki confronted Rasa, helped him understand Gaara’s suffering, and used the Four Symbols Seal to restrict Shukaku and let Gaara sleep safely.
• Konan delivered Natsuki’s evidence about Obito and Zetsu to Nagato, who chose to revive Kyūsuke and Daibutsu before Yahiko.
• The Third Hokage and Danzo tried to gain access to the Uchiha Clan’s restaurant recipes, but Fugaku refused to share them.
• Natsuki secured Rasa’s support, warned him about the threat to tailed beasts, and arranged for Itachi to abduct Karin and capture Jugo.

Natsuki recruited new companions, helped the Uchiha Clan break free of Konoha’s pressure, and joined forces with Orochimaru in Otogakure. The arc ended with Orochimaru studying Natsuki’s Sharingan and discovering a possible way for Shisui’s eyes to attain the Eternal Mangekyo.

• Natsuki recruited Haku and Kimimaro, then left the Land of Water with his companions while Obito continued pursuing him.
• Fugaku and Natsuki countered Danzo’s pressure on Uchiha businesses, while Danzo persuaded Hyuga Kaito to spy on the shops and promised to heal his leg.
• After Hayato uncovered Hyuga surveillance, Fugaku relocated the Uchiha shops to a guarded Snack Street and arranged for the clan to receive missions through Sound Village.
• Natsuki completed his mission to leave Konoha and become self-reliant, then traveled toward Otogakure as Jiraiya and Orochimaru renewed contact.
• Natsuki stopped Hidan’s ritual and helped Shisui’s team destroy the Evil God Cult’s headquarters in the Land of Hot Water.
• Natsuki reached Otogakure, recruited Orochimaru, and met Karin and Jugo, whose condition Orochimaru was helping manage.
• Konan revived Idaten Kyūsuke, who challenged Pain over following Madara’s plan, prompting Pain and Konan to seek answers from Natsuki.
• Natsuki persuaded Orochimaru to cooperate on a plan involving the Hokage position and Uchiha medical support, then showed him his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and learned Orochimaru had found a possible path for Shisui’s eyes to attain the same power.
