Natsuki negotiated with Nagato while Obito and Zetsu attacked the Uchiha Clan and Naruto and Sasuke, leaving Fugaku badly injured and the village on edge. He then tracked down Tsunade, whom he found drinking after gambling away her earnings.

• Natsuki sparred with Orochimaru and later defeated Itachi in combat as he continued improving his Susanoo and fighting techniques.
• The Uchiha Clan arranged to lease its vacant shops, while Obito and Zetsu traveled to the compound and launched an attack that also targeted Naruto and Sasuke.
• Fugaku and the Uchiha fought Obito until both Fugaku and Obito were gravely wounded, and Keimei awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan to stabilize Fugaku.
• Naruto’s red chakra cloak helped him escape with Sasuke, while the Third Hokage investigated the attack and Danzo tried to exploit reports of Naruto’s new power.
• Natsuki confronted Pain, revealed Madara’s role in giving Nagato the Rinnegan and Obito and Zetsu’s part in Yahiko’s death, and offered Uchiha cooperation against Danzo.

Natsuki recruited Tsunade, took control of the Uchiha Clan, and exposed Obito as the masked attacker behind the Nine-Tails’ Rampage. As rival villages prepared to attend Natsuki’s succession ceremony, Obito and Nagato began maneuvering against each other.

• Natsuki recruited Tsunade as the Uchiha Clan’s Medical Advisor after revealing Danzo’s Wood Release experiments and offering evidence from Orochimaru.
• Obito infiltrated the Uchiha compound and later confronted Kakashi, revealing himself, admitting he had caused the Nine-Tails’ Rampage, and taking Kakashi’s left eye.
• Natsuki returned to the compound, became Fugaku’s chosen successor, and explained to Fugaku how Danzo and the Third Hokage had maneuvered against the Uchiha Clan.
• Natsuki identified Obito to the Third Hokage and Kakashi, then arranged for the Uchiha Clan and Hyuga Clan to expose Obito’s crimes publicly.
• Natsuki removed Obito’s name from the Memorial Monument, announced a permanent kill order and bounty, and the villagers learned Obito had caused the Nine-Tails’ Rampage.
• Rival villages chose representatives to attend Natsuki’s succession ceremony, while Kirigakure declined because of the crisis following Yagura’s death.
• Nagato decided to pretend to cooperate with Obito while building strength against him, and Obito agreed to Nagato’s caution while secretly planning to discard him and Zetsu.

Natsuki exposed Konoha’s past treatment of the Uchiha, revealed Naruto’s parents to him, and maneuvered against Danzo as tensions spread across the villages. The arc ended with Jiraiya’s raid dismantling Root and Shin escaping through a hidden passage.

• The Third Hokage and Jiraiya learned that Orochimaru’s cooperation with the Uchiha was complicated by Shisui’s Kotoamatsukami, while Natsuki admitted Shisui had used it on him and agreed to help Orochimaru gain a subordinate.
• Tsunade joined the Uchiha Clan as its Medical Advisor, examined Fugaku and Itachi’s failing eyesight, and agreed to help Shizune treat injured clansmen as Natsuki pressed her to oppose Danzo.
• Natsuki revealed to Naruto that Minato was his father and explained how Obito’s attack led to Minato sealing the Nine-Tails inside him, then arranged for Naruto to meet Kushina and urged him to master Kurama’s power.
• Konan told Jiraiya how Danzo and Hanzō had destroyed Yahiko’s Akatsuki, and Natsuki helped her plant Explosive Tags that led to Danzo’s imprisonment after an explosion damaged Hokage Rock.
• The Third Hokage ordered the village to disclose the Uchiha’s role in protecting civilians during the Nine-Tails’ Attack, while Natsuki’s plans to obtain the Time Sealing Circle faltered after Miko Miroku died.
• Natsuki planned to exploit Yagura’s death to ambush Cloud Village forces, asked Orochimaru to arrange Kabuto’s public challenge to the Third Hokage, and offered Mist Village Uchiha assistance.
• Natsuki brought Naruto and Sasuke closer to Tsunade and the Uchiha household, while Naruto returned to his lonely home escorted by Uchiha Clan members.

Natsuki became Uchiha Clan Head, strengthened ties with other villages, and helped Orochimaru recover while Danzo escaped and joined forces with Obito. He freed and resurrected Minato, who agreed to help protect Naruto, as Konoha faced the fallout of Danzo’s escape.

• Natsuki prepared for the Uchiha succession, trained Naruto in real combat, and helped Tsunade overcome her blood phobia by making her operate on Naruto.
• Kabuto and more than a hundred Uchiha returned to Konoha, where the Third Hokage apologized for Danzo’s crimes as Natsuki formally became clan head.
• Danzo escaped prison with Zetsu’s help, killed three Hyuga pursuers, and left with Obito while Sai witnessed the events.
• Natsuki proposed an Uchiha elite squad to the visiting village representatives and arranged to take Anko to Orochimaru.
• Kabuto released Orochimaru’s soul fragment from Anko, and Orochimaru stabilized his soul before agreeing to return to Konoha.
