On the screen, Lynn said:
"Time's about up."
These words piqued Wutian's curiosity. His movements paused for a moment as he asked a couple of questions.
But Lynn's gaze was not on Wutian's spear. It passed over his shoulder and settled on the void behind him.
At the instant Wutian paused, Myriad Phenomena and Aldric emerged simultaneously from the gray-white light.
Myriad Phenomena reached for Wutian's shoulder while Aldric used alchemy, and the three exchanged several rapid blows.
Aldric and Myriad Phenomena kept launching sneak attacks on Wutian from within the Domain. Wutian blocked them, but Myriad Phenomena still slashed through his wizard robe.
After his robe was damaged, Wutian did not linger. Continuing the fight would only put him at a disadvantage.
He withdrew his spear and retreated beyond Lynn's attack range. Then he turned without hesitation, preparing to flee with the remaining members and demons.
Seeing Wutian summon a shuttle to escape, Marfa shouted behind him, "Chief Wutian, take me with you..."
But Wutian did not look back.
Marfa tried to follow, but three dragons emerged from the Domain and closed in around her, cutting off her last chance of survival.
This scene sparked another wave of startled cries. The wizards discussed it fervently, wondering just how many more tricks Lynn had hidden within his Stigmata Domain.
Why had three more Stigmata Tier dragons suddenly appeared?
Where had he even found them?
But these dragons were clearly not Undead. He must have subdued them through some other means.
On the screen, Marfa called out to Wutian. Wutian ignored her, summoned the shuttle, and fled with his people, leaving behind only a despairing Marfa.
The watching wizards finally understood. No wonder Marfa had died while Lynn remained unharmed.
