Background

Transmigration and Bloodline Fusion

Gu Shengge transmigrated into the Peerless Tang Clan world and initially found himself without an active system. Before disappearing, the system left novice rewards including the Spring Autumn Cicada, the Twin Martial Soul Orb, and the Creator God's Bloodline. He chose to fuse the bloodline before awakening his Martial Souls. 1

The fusion altered his appearance and awakened a Creator God's Rune between his brows. Its emergence was sensed in the God Realm, where the God of Destruction and Goddess of Life recognized the return of the Creator God's Bloodline. 1 9

Martial Souls and Green Banyan's Guidance

At Eastsea City, Gu Shengge awakened the Holy Angel Martial Soul. After relocating to Small Fishing Village, he entered his Creation Space and discovered that his two Martial Souls were the dormant divine souls of Qian Renxue and Bibi Dong. He spent two-thirds of his Soul Power sustaining their recovery, slowing his own cultivation. 2 4

He accepted Green Banyan as his teacher after she approached him in the village. Gu Shengge is cautious and calculating despite his outwardly gentle appearance. When Green Banyan first approached him, he kept his fists clenched and fabricated a story about his parents being killed by Evil Soul Masters rather than immediately trusting her. 4 5

He is openly ambitious. He intends to reach the God Realm within ten years, inherit divine authority, and reconstruct Spirit Hall into an organization serving commoner Soul Masters. 10 17

Gu Shengge refuses to remain inconspicuous when he believes his position or principles are challenged. He publicly confronted Zhou Yi, rejected Bibi Dong and Qian Renxue's advice to keep a low profile, and routinely displays his hundred-thousand-year Soul Rings rather than concealing them. 18 21 25
