Getting Schooled in the Group Chat

When Jiang Jing saw this, he hurriedly opened WeChat and saw that the Grade One Class Three Group had 99+ unread messages.

After entering the group and quickly scrolling up, he discovered that the whole thing had started with Yao Yuan's lackey, Zhu Ziming.

Zhu Ziming first tagged Yao Yuan. "Boss, I heard your starter Pokémon has already hatched. Show it to everyone! We're all pretty curious."

The background was an exceptionally luxurious and spacious living room. The various expensive furnishings were the kind one usually only saw on Douyin, and the setting alone seemed to reveal how well-off the video's owner was.

Apparently wanting to show off, the video slowly panned around the entire hall before Yao Yuan finally appeared on camera.

He wore a loose black-and-white oversized T-shirt on top and brown cropped pants below, with a silver chain hanging from his belt.

Guo Yong tagged Yao Yuan. "Why does it feel like that Totodile doesn't listen to you very well?"

Wang Zhiyi said, "Awesome. Luxray is my favorite Pokémon. Bin, you actually never told us."

Liu Bin added, "Not really. I'm still a bit behind Brother Jing. He's the truly amazing one. He found a Pokémon egg, and it hatched into an Aron."

After saying that, he tagged Jiang Jing.

Jiang Jing came out at that point and modestly said, "Yeah, my dad found a Pokémon egg and gave it to me as my starter Pokémon. It actually hatched into an Aron. It was quite a pleasant surprise."

He also sent a video after saying that.
