Layout and Institutions

• Seireitei is the innermost of the Soul Society’s three broad regions, surrounded by 320 Rukongai districts and wilderness beyond them. Its white, towering buildings and even its paving stones are described as deliberately proportioned and imposing. 6

Borders and Security
