Background

Su Heng is a transmigrator reborn into the Dou Qi Continent. Though he remembers that Hun Tiandi threatens the world and that transmigrators possess unusual soul talent, he has forgotten most of the original story’s plot. He discovers dual fire-and-wood attributes, making alchemy a viable path for survival. 2

When the indebted Su Clan faces takeover by the Mo Family, Su Heng negotiates a one-year reprieve with City Lord Bo'er. In return, he promises to serve as Bo’er's alchemist after that period, then leaves Salt City under the Desert Iron Mercenary Group’s escort to study in Black Rock City. 2
