The War God Legion of Susanoo
But Ban noticed that the fingers of his left hand were trembling slightly.
The trembling wasn't the kind caused by physical exertion; it was an extremely subtle, almost invisible, instinctive reaction, like the body resisting something.
The spot did not open.
He suppressed the power of the Nine-Tomoe Rinne Sharingan even further, and the nine rays of light from the Kotoamatsukami shone for a moment.
Fugaku stood between the eyebrows of the two-thousand-meter -Susanoo.
Bright gold patterns floated on the surface of the sky-blue armor, and the Six-Tomoe Rinne Sharingan slowly rotated in its eye socket.
He glanced down at the battlefield below— Demon Entities surged forth from the Pentagram Formation, densely packed, with Vice Admiral Level in the outer circle, Yonko Commander Level beings in the middle circle, and a dozen or so demonic shadows with an aura no less imposing than his own in the deepest part.
They roared as they charged, their claws tearing through the air and their fangs protruding from their mouths.
Fugaku didn't waste any words. He raised his right hand and waved it forward.
Susanoo giant sword.
The two-thousand-meter-high sword blade swept across the array of Demon Entities. Wherever the sword passed, more than a dozen Vice Admiral Level entities were crushed into black mist by the ripples of eye power before they even had a chance to roar.
The giant sword continued its momentum, carving a trench hundreds of meters long into the ground. The rocks at the bottom of the trench were melted by the high temperature, bubbling with dark red light.
"Kei, left wing. Setsuna, right wing." Fugaku's voice wasn't loud, but it clearly reached the ears of every clansman. "Yaoyu Yakumi, follow me to the center. The rest of you, harvest as you see fit."
Qi's dark red Susanoo moved first, its two-thousand-meter-tall body taking a step, causing the ground beneath its feet to tremble three times.
He drew his sword and swept it horizontally, the dark red slashing wave cleaving in half at the waist of more than a dozen Vice Admiral Level demons surging from the left flank.
In Setsuna, he cut in from the right flank. His Susanoo didn't use any weapons; instead, his fists, wrapped in ripples of ocular power, smashed down. With one punch, three or four Demon Entities were slammed into the ground, embedded in the rubble and unable to move.
The Yaoyu and Yakumi pressed down on the middle lane side by side.
The Susanoo with scythe patterns and the Kunai patterns Susanoo on the left and right, respectively. The two brothers cooperated without any unnecessary communication—the scythe with the scent of Yaoyu swept horizontally, and the kunai with the scent of Yakumi thrust Kunai in. The crossfire cleared out a section of the Demon Entities surging from the middle.
Fugaku followed behind the two, slashing vertically and horizontally with his greatsword, sending away the escaped Yonko Commander Level entities one by one.
Below, the Night Owl Guard who had just activated their Mangekyo Sharingan were also going berserk.
A young Night Owl Guard's Susanoo was only 300 meters tall, but when he punched the head of the Vice Admiral Level demon in front of him, the demon's head was driven directly into its chest cavity.
He paused for a moment, looked down at his fist, then at the demon that was turning into black mist and dissipating, a grin spreading from his lips to his ears.
Another Susanoo swept past him from the side, delivering a finishing blow that cleaved a Demon Entities that was trying to ambush him to the ground.
The two Susanoo looked at each other, neither of them spoke, but the Kakuzu turned up.
Further back, several Night Owl Guard ' Susanoo were working together to kill an Ancient Zoan demon of the Yonko Commander Level.
That demon was twice the size of their Susanoo, and its carapace was ridiculously thick; a punch would only shatter a few pieces.
But those Night Owl Guard weren't in a hurry.
Two Susanoo were engaged in a frontal confrontation, one attacked from behind to snipe at the knee, and the other circled around to the flank and used Chakra Blade to target the seams of the armor.
The demon, at the Yonko Commander Level, was worn down by them for more than ten breaths, and the cracks on its carapace increased. Finally, it was smashed through the breastplate by a punch from the Susanoo in front of it.
Fugaku withdrew his gaze.
These kids played well; their teamwork was much better than before.
He didn't offer much comment, but simply refocused his attention on the main battlefield.
The dozen or so demonic figures, whose auras were no less imposing than his, finally pressed down.
The leading, armored giant raised his hand and punched Fugaku's Susanoo.
The two-thousand-meter-long Susanoo parried with its horizontal sword, the deafening clang of metal sending pebbles flying half a meter into the air.
Fugaku's Susanoo took a step back, and the giant's fist left a dent in the sword.
Fugaku glanced down at the dent, Six-Tomoe Rinne Sharingan around.
"You have some strength." He turned his head and said to the Yakumi Yaoyu, "I'll do this."
Without responding to Yaoyu and Yakumi, the two Susanoo figures dispersed to the left and right to intercept the other demonic shadows.
Fugaku's Susanoo took a step forward, and his greatsword slashed back, striking the giant's shoulder armor and sending the giant staggering several meters to the side.
The giant steadied itself and roared as it charged forward. Fugaku's Susanoo met it head-on, and the two colossal beings grappled in the center of the battlefield.
The shockwaves from the clash between the sword and the fist exploded in concentric rings, sending the surrounding Vice Admiral Level Demon Entities tumbling about.
Behind the battlefield, Susanoo of the Killing Hall stood on a broken reef, the pattern of the Broken Cage quietly rotating in his Six-Tomoe Rinne Sharingan.
He didn't rush in.
He's watching.
He saw the seam of the giant's armor at the location of the third plate below its left rib. There, a very thin gap would open with each punch, through which a dark red light shone.
He waited three times before throwing a punch to confirm the time interval and angle at which the gap opened.
The fourth punch. The gap opened.
Killing Hall Susanoo low and lunged forward, cutting in from the flank of the giant demonic figure, and thrusting his blade into the gap.
The blade pierced the carapace, and dark red light gushed from the wound. The giant shadow let out a hoarse roar, and its body stiffened abruptly.
Fugaku seized this opportunity.
The greatsword slashed horizontally, the blade cutting into the giant's shadowy neck and cleaving its carapace-covered head away.
The giant knelt on the ground, his body disintegrating into black mist.
"Not bad." Fugaku glanced at the Killing Hall.
Killing Hall Susanoo his sword without replying. He simply changed direction and went to find his next target.
The Demon Entities on the battlefield were decreasing at a visible rate under the crushing force of the War God Legion.
Seventy to eighty percent of the Vice Admiral Level had been eliminated, and most of the Yonko Commander Level had also fallen. The dozen or so demonic figures were shattered one after another under the combined attack of Fugaku, Kei, Setsuna, Yaoyu Yakumi, and the Killing Hall.
Then, the beam of light in the sky stopped.
Fugaku's Susanoo stood on the remains of a Demon Entities, and he looked up at the sky.
Natsu's crimson-gold beam of light collided with the rules of the World Will, and the two forces formed a boundary line in the middle.
The crimson gold and dark red clashed against each other, neither able to advance an inch further.
After the World Will's rule network was locked by Ban's Kotoamatsukami, a new channel was forcibly opened, and new rule patterns emerged from the channel, re-weaving into a network.
Natsu's Takamagahara Divine Amnesty was blocked outside by the net, and they were locked in a stalemate.
Fugaku's Six-Tomoe Rinne Sharingan narrowed slightly.
