Natsu consolidated Uchiha rule in the West Blue, shared the clan’s history and ambitions with Newgate, and strengthened the clan through new traits and training. The arc left the Uchiha expanding their powers and institutions while Natsu entrusted more of the clan’s affairs to its leaders.

• Uchiha Setsuna crushed pirate resistance, and Uchiha Natsu sorted registered crews into guards, miners, and permitted adventurers as West Blue trade recovered.
• Natsu told Newgate, Marco, and Ace about the Uchiha Clan’s origins and its conflict with Konoha, then offered the Whitebeard Pirates protection under Uchiha rule.
• Newgate chose to retire and asked Natsu to care for his sons, while Natsu told Ace that Sabo had survived and begun leading the Revolutionary Army.
• Natsu gained new family traits and installed them, strengthening the Uchiha Clan’s longevity, potential, and access to Phantom Night Prison.
• Issho investigated Uchiha rule in the West Blue and traveled toward Spirit Awakening Island after witnessing patrols enforce public order.
• Natsu established Heavenly Awakening Hall as a guarded route to awakening the Mangekyō Sharingan, and Moria pledged himself to the Uchiha to gain power against Kaido.
• Natsu accepted Sasuke as his disciple and began training him in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu while helping him face his grief over Itachi.
• Uchiha leaders and guards entered Phantom Night Prison, several awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, and Natsu decided to slow expansion and let the clan’s institutions handle more challenges themselves.

Natsu and Izumi traveled to Fish-Man Island, where Natsu freed Shirahoshi, killed pirates, and helped make the island a safer trade hub. Back on Origin Island, the Uchiha expanded Sage Mode through Light of Susanoo before Natsu, Yaoyu, and Yakumi used the Broken Anchor to reach the Ninja World, where they encountered a convoy guarded by Kusagakure shinobi.

• Natsu agreed to help Whitebeard deal with pirates capturing fish-men and merfolk, then took Izumi to Fish-Man Island after visiting Sabaody.
• Natsu killed pirates attacking Fish-Man Island, ordered Wood Clones to hunt intruders, and helped Neptune require ships to register at the harbor.
• Natsu removed Vander Decken IX’s mark from Shirahoshi, killed Vander Decken IX, and brought Shirahoshi out of the Hard-Shell Tower to reunite with her family.
• Natsu’s Wood Clones slaughtered pirate crews, and their attacks stopped raids while increased merchant traffic helped Fish-Man Island rebuild.
• Natsu returned to Origin Island with Izumi, where Vallen reported that Light of Susanoo could greatly shorten the time needed to reach Sage Mode.
• Yashiro and Izumi received the enhancer first, then Setsuna’s phased plan expanded its use across the clan and guards.
• Natsu left Origin Island with Yaoyu and Yakumi using the Broken Anchor and recognized that they had arrived in the Ninja World near Konoha.
• Natsu led Yaoyu and Yakumi to a convoy guarded by samurai and Kusagakure shinobi, where the employer ordered the Grass Ninja to drive them away and the captain found his kunai hand immobilized.

Natsu explored Konoha, confronted Hiruzen Sarutobi and Shimura Danzō with the truth of another world, and persuaded Madara to travel with him. At Flame Ninja Village, Madara and Natsu met Uchiha King, whose plans offered the Uchiha a path to survival.

• Yaoyu and Yakumi helped Natsu learn about Flame Ninja Village and King Uchiha, then joined him in secretly exploring Konoha.
• Natsu met Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha, revealed that Hiruzen Sarutobi and Shimura Danzō had helped destroy the Uchiha in his world, and showed them visions of their clans being slaughtered.
• Natsu left Hiruzen and Danzō with recurring nightmares, while Hashirama and Madara learned more about the other world and reflected on the fragility of their own peace.
• Natsu left Madara a letter describing the other Madara’s fate and urged him to value Hashirama, while Hashirama and Tobirama discussed how to strengthen Konoha’s institutions.
• Madara revisited his memories of Hashirama, Izuna, and the failures that shaped his life before accepting Natsu’s offer to witness a new order.
• Natsu explained that he, Yaoyu, and Yakumi would have to leave in a month and invited Madara to help judge whether Uchiha King could lead the Uchiha’s future.
• Natsu, Yaoyu, Yakumi, and Madara toured Flame Ninja Village, where Madara and Natsu recognized its mature systems and its role in protecting the Uchiha.
• Uchiha King welcomed Madara and his companions at the Flame Shadow Building, sensed Natsu’s overwhelming power, and asked Madara who he was.

Natsu recruited Madara into the Divine Clan, helped him revive Izuna, and secured Tobirama’s promise to protect the Uchiha. Back in the One Piece world, the Uchiha prepared a new generation for the Grand Line, drawing the attention of the World Government and powerful pirate crews as Chunwu’s squad continued toward Iron Reef Port.

• Natsu offered King the First-Generation Gene Serum and warned him to protect the Uchiha’s future, while King agreed not to rely on the daimyo’s support.
• Natsu welcomed Madara into the Divine Clan and promised to help him revive Izuna without sacrificing his own life.
• Madara left Konoha with Natsu, Yaoyu, and Yakumi, while Natsu’s clone secured Tobirama’s oath not to persecute or attack the Uchiha.
