River of Time

• A River of Time Core Node functions on the scale of the entire Void much as a Child of the World functions within a single world. 410
• The holder of a node attracts events embedded into that position; these may become opportunities or disasters depending on the holder’s strength. 410
• Killing a node holder transfers the node to the killer, unlike a Child of the World position, which is replaced by its World Will after the holder dies. 410
• When Yang Mu’s node-linked source disappeared, the River of Time became turbulent: sealed powerhouses escaped, destroyed worlds returned, and past and future timelines expanded uncontrollably. 645

Void Authority and the Ninth Order

• Ninth-Order beings have mastered every law of the Void. Their conflicts ultimately become contests of absolute power and control over the Void itself. 695
• Void Authority is finite. The amount controlled by existing Ninth-Order beings determines how many further Ninth-Order positions remain available. 725
• A new Ninth-Order vacancy only opens when an existing Ninth-Order being falls. 725
• Tian, identified as the strongest known Ninth-Order being, controlled 38% of Void Authority before his injury. 725

White Calamity

• The White Calamity freezes the world’s waters, replaces snow with White Mist, and causes spatial anomalies capable of ejecting powerful beings from their spatial fortresses. 404
• Its threats include extreme cold, cognitive and memory impairment, chaotic spatial labyrinths, and White Ghosts. 404
• Even Seventh-Order beings are affected, though Yang Mu can mitigate its effects through his fusion with the Tomb Realm. 404

Myriad Realms Descend

• Yang Mu’s disappearance from his River of Time node destabilized the Void and triggered the return of sealed beings, ruined worlds, and branching timelines. 645
• The resulting disorder enabled numerous Eighth-Order powerhouses to pursue breakthroughs and altered the balance among major worlds. 645

Black Tide

• After Yang Mu died during a Ninth-Order melee, the Black Tide emerged as a new calamity in the Void. 732
