Bruce Turned Out to Be Sirius Black

Muya put her hand behind her, holding down Bruce's head, then said to Lupin, "Professor Lupin, I want to go to the kitchen."

Lupin smiled. "All right." He stepped to the right, intending to let Muya pass first, but then he spotted a black tail and his expression changed.

"Muya, is there something behind you?"

"Um... Professor, could you keep a secret for me?" She held her hands together.

Each student could only bring one pet to school. Muya had already let Miao Miao show herself at the owlery, which meant she could not let anyone see her second pet.

Lupin tilted his head, then rubbed Muya's hair. "Tell me what it is first."

Muya nodded. "It's... my dog. His name is Bruce."

She turned around and saw the empty corridor, a huge question mark appearing over her head.

"Bruce!" Muya called out, but her voice was the only sound in the empty corridor.

She turned to Lupin. "He's gone, Professor."

"It's all right. I can help you look for him."

Seeing Lupin's expression, Muya was sure he would not tell anyone about Bruce, so she agreed.

She asked the portraits in the corridor, and they said, "Oh, we saw him jump out through the window."

Muya put on her hat and gloves, then suddenly realized Lupin was not wearing anything warm. She took out the scarf she had just made and planned to give Dumbledore.

She handed it to Lupin. "Professor, I want to give you a scarf."

But Lupin smiled and declined. "Thank you, Muya, but you already gave me a Christmas present, didn't you?"

"No one says you can
