Health Check Event

"Senior Muya, are you saying you want to conduct a health check for all the students?" Dumbledore stroked his long white beard, considering the feasibility of it.

Standing to one side, Muya suddenly felt like teasing Fawkes. The Sorting Hat sitting on the table beside her opened its eyes. "Oh ho, it's so lively today."

"Don't think I don't know what you little witch are planning." Its eyes seemed able to see straight into Muya's heart.

Muya helplessly spread her hands and gave up.

She had not even done anything yet. Why was it being so wary of her?

"I'll make an announcement at breakfast tomorrow."

"Does that mean you agree?" the girl asked excitedly.

Dumbledore smiled. "Mm-hm. After all, this concerns the safety of every student at Hogwarts, and it's only a small request."

The girl and Muya returned to the common room in satisfaction.

That night, the two of them sneaked out and took a walk through the castle.

"Senior."

Luna carried a lantern as she slowly approached. In her other hand, she held a Mooncalf by the lead. Its glowing eyes resembled a full moon.

"Luna, how did you see me?"

Luna smiled without answering, merely glancing beside Muya.

Good grief, her mother really was bright enough. Luckily, Mr. Filch and the patrolling professors had not come this way tonight.

Not even an Invisibility Charm could conceal that brightness, like a glowing orb.

So she had been walking around with a humanoid lightbulb all this time.

"Wow, little Luna."

Muya rubbed her forehead, already gradually getting used to her mother's personality. "Luna, this is my mother."

Luna watched the glowing floating object circle around her, blinking blankly. Yet her eyes shone. "So this is what Senior's mother looks like."
