Time to Set Off for Another World

"Even now, I still don't think your plan can succeed. Placing your hopes in someone else's hands is too passive."

Zhang Tianran did not say that Reverse-Flash was destined to fail, but he did not think highly of Reverse-Flash's plan either. Even without knowing the future, that remained true.

Reverse-Flash heard Zhang Tianran's words and shook his head in disappointment. He asked with something like a sigh, "If it were you, what would you do? I've waited too long. I have no interest in continuing to wait."

Reverse-Flash froze upon hearing that. Then he burst into wild laughter, as though he had suddenly inhaled Joker's laughing gas and gone mad.

He had suppressed himself for far too long. No matter how insane Reverse-Flash was, he was still human. Naturally, he could not be without emotions. Being able to maintain that calm expression all this time had already been no easy feat.

After venting thoroughly, Reverse-Flash finally returned to normal.

"Finally, you've finally come around? I've waited far too long for this day—so long that I was beginning to doubt my original decision. It's just a pity that I can't help you very much."

Reverse-Flash shook his head, his expression seeming somewhat dejected.

"Operating condition is good, but the ship has lost its original power. It cannot perform time travel, and most functions have failed, but it can still search for anomalies in the timeline."

If anything happens, immediately restore the ship to its original form and protect my body." Zhang Tianran was satisfied, but to be safe, he still gave Zero a few instructions. But soon, as everything around him slowed down, a Black man flapping black wings slowly descended from the sky.
