Before becoming Demon King, Theresa was a civilian hero rising to prominence in Kazdel. She personally managed a refugee settlement, where survivors regarded her with admiration and deference for helping them live with greater security and peace. She considered herself less capable than her brother Theresis at uniting people, but remained committed to relieving suffering where she could. 302 303
