Kyoto, Kamo Family main residence.
A thick scent of rust hung in the air. This ancient estate, bearing centuries of history, had fallen into dead silence.
Unlike the Zenin Clan's downfall, which had been accompanied by wails everywhere, the Kamo Family's destruction was silent. Every sorcerer, even the terrified servants fleeing through the courtyard, had countless tiny parasitic cursed spirits burrow into their throats in that instant.
Kenjaku stood before the folding screen in the clan head's hall, his fingertips lightly stroking an ancient scroll soaked in blood, which recorded the secrets of "Flowing Red Scale."
He wore his signature robe, and the stitches across his forehead looked especially sinister beneath the dim candlelight.
"How ironic."
Kenjaku murmured softly, his voice as calm as still water. He turned and looked at the corpse at his feet, long since cold.
Just then, Kenjaku abruptly froze.

His pupils suddenly contracted. An indescribable, enormous fluctuation powerful enough to span the entire barrier erupted from the Culling Game's second colony.
"Hajime Kashimo? No... this isn't an ordinary cursed energy fluctuation. It's him!" Every cell in Kenjaku's body trembled at that instant. It was the instinctive fear of a living being facing an existence of a higher order.
Kenjaku slowly walked into the courtyard and looked up at the sky. What had merely been a cloudy sky was now twisting violently. The balance of the entire world had collapsed.
In the world of jujutsu, causality had always maintained a dynamic balance. When an absolute powerhouse like Satoru Gojo emerged among humans, the cursed spirits would also be forcibly elevated to preserve the balance of the scales.
And now, Shiyue Shuo, this anomaly, had achieved a leap across the hierarchy, triggering a retaliatory backlash from the laws of the world.
Boom!
With a dull thunderclap, eight enormous black vortices appeared without warning in eight different directions across the sky. There was no light within them. Only endless negative emotions gathered and compressed madly.
Seven of the eight black vortices contained pitch-black figures, flickering in and out at their centers. Their immense forms were obscured by the vortices, yet they still radiated an unsettlingly evil aura.
They were Ultra Special Grade Cursed Spirits forcibly birthed by the world to oppose Shiyue Shuo.
"Seven... all of them comparable to Ryomen Sukuna at his peak?" Kenjaku looked at the phenomenon in the sky. Rather than fear, extreme excitement made him tremble slightly.
The Prison Realm in his hand was heating up, as though it too were cheering for the arrival of this moment.
"Beyond Satoru Gojo... beyond all my expectations." Kenjaku licked his lips, his eyes burning with fanaticism. "Shiyue Shuo, you truly are the most perfect 'accident' I've encountered in a thousand years."
He now desperately wanted to see with his own eyes the boy who had changed the world.
"But before that, I need more insurance." Kenjaku vanished from the ruins of the Kamo Family estate in an instant.
Sendai Colony.
Although most of the buildings here had long been reduced to rubble, nauseating remnants of cursed energy still lingered deep within the dark, damp sewers.
Kenjaku landed at the coordinates where Dhruv Lakdawalla had died. The air still retained the dryness left behind after Shiyue Shuo had activated his Domain.
At the edge of the crater, a fist-sized cockroach, its entire body glowing red from the heat, stubbornly crawled out of the ruins.
It was an infant Kurourushi. As long as even one egg survived, this Special Grade Cursed Spirit could continue regenerating.
"What a tenacious life-form." Kenjaku crouched down and extended a hand toward the little insect. Black cursed energy swirled in his palm, forming a deep vortex.
"Cursed Spirit Manipulation."
Kurourushi's infant was forcibly twisted and compressed in panic. It eventually became a pitch-black sphere. Without hesitation, Kenjaku placed it directly into his mouth and swallowed it. The nauseating sensation spread down his throat, but within Sukuna's mind, a new authority was ignited.
Kenjaku raised his head and sensed the special fluctuations belonging to Shiyue Shuo that had yet to disperse from the air.
At that moment, on the wilderness road leading to Tokyo, Shiyue Shuo was moving at an extraordinarily bizarre speed. With every step he took, the space beneath his feet automatically retreated behind him.
"The world is rejecting me?" He lowered his head and looked at his hand.
Tap, tap, tap. Faint footsteps came from the shadows ahead. A man dressed in robes and wearing a smile slowly emerged.
Kenjaku did not conceal his presence. His immense cursed energy, mixed with the remnants of countless cursed spirits, was like a painfully bright lamp amid the empty wilderness.
"It's our first official meeting, Shiyue Shuo."
Kenjaku stopped ten meters away, both hands tucked into his sleeves, his posture elegant.
"In the basement, in Shibuya, we've both 'crossed hands' before, but this is the first time we've met like this." Shiyue Shuo stopped walking, and there was not a ripple in his clear pupils.
"Should I call you Suguru Geto, or Kenjaku?"
"A name is merely a symbol." Kenjaku smiled unconcernedly. "Your current state truly fascinates me. You have neither been cursed nor incarnated, yet you can forcibly turn rules that do not belong to cursed energy into flesh and blood. How did you do it?"
"The dead don't need to know that," Shiyue Shuo replied blandly.
"Oh my, how cold. Don't you want to know what those eight things in the sky are?" Kenjaku pointed overhead.
Shiyue Shuo fell silent. He knew the world was carrying out a correction.
"If you cooperate with me, perhaps I can help you." Kenjaku coaxed him patiently, his eyes glinting. "We can create a new world together."
"I won't cooperate with you." Shiyue Shuo suddenly raised his head, and a tangible pressure exploded outward.
Bzzzt—!
Within a radius of a thousand meters, all grass and trees were instantly pinned to the ground by the telekinetic force he released.
"Enough talk."
The battle erupted in an instant.
Kenjaku did not hesitate at all. He knew that against the current Shiyue Shuo, any probing attack would be futile.
"Domain Expansion—Womb Profusion."
A massive open Domain filled with countless twisted Buddha statues and chunks of cursed spirit flesh instantly spread outward from Kenjaku.
This Domain had no barrier. Its range directly covered the entire wilderness, and the howls of countless cursed spirits echoed through the air.
"Maximum: Uzumaki!"
As he expanded his Domain, Kenjaku condensed thousands of low-grade cursed spirits into a single point, transforming them into a black beam capable of piercing through mountains as it blasted directly toward Shiyue Shuo's chest.
Shiyue Shuo neither dodged nor raised a defense. He merely calmly extended his right hand.
The instant the black beam touched his palm, the originally violent energy seemed to be infused with life. The beam began to twist and deform. Under Kenjaku's incredulous gaze, the attack formed from cursed energy transformed into a swarm of squeaking rats, then collapsed in the next second because it could not withstand the instability of cursed energy.
"He turned an attack... into living creatures?"
A layer of cold sweat seeped down Kenjaku's back. This was no longer within the realm of jujutsu. Mahito's "Idle Transfiguration" was nothing but a circus trick before such a technique.
"It's not over yet."
Shiyue Shuo's figure abruptly appeared behind Kenjaku. His movements did not stir even the slightest breeze, completely silent. Black and white light coiled around his hand, and the moment that point of light touched the central Buddha statue of Kenjaku's Domain, it erupted with a pure force of purification.
Boom!
Womb Profusion collapsed in an instant. Kenjaku was swept by the aftermath of that purification force, and half of his body vanished immediately.
Kenjaku looked at the half of his body that had disappeared. Rather than showing excessive pain, he let out several low chuckles.
In an instant, thousands of cursed spirits attacked from all directions. These cursed spirits had not come to injure Shiyue Shuo. The moment they appeared, they had received the command to "self-destruct."
Boom!
The terrifying cursed energy explosion was like a black tsunami, instantly swallowing several kilometers of wilderness. Smoke, dust, and cursed remnants blocked all perception.
Taking advantage of those fractions of a second of chaos, Kenjaku turned into a phantom and fled at tremendous speed, even burning his soul without hesitation.
Shiyue Shuo did not continue pursuing him. His original intention had been to head to the Kamo Family and try to deal with Kenjaku. Now that he had escaped, none of the talisman abilities could track him anyway.
"Let's go back first."
