He appeared at the hotel again three days later.
Wan Ying returned looking travel-worn and pushed open the door.
A huge cage had suddenly appeared in the room.
What kind of junk dared to be thrown into his room?
Pheromones spilled out.
As he drew closer, he vaguely recalled buying an Omega at an auction—an S-class one, at that.
Three days.
The cage was unlocked. He should have left already.
He had freeloaded over twenty million from him. What was he going to use to pay it back?
His life would do nicely.
Wan Ying wanted to see just how much stamina an S-class Omega truly had.
Whether they really were as hard to break as the rumors claimed.
He took Wan Ying's money and still wanted to sneak away?
Wan Ying tore off his tie, imagining countless ways to torture the Omega to death.
The thought alone excited him so much he could not sleep.
Beating the Omega bloody all over, until his face was white as paper and he knelt on the floor begging—it would surely be a beautiful sight.
Wan Ying went to the dressing room, took out a fresh bathrobe, and headed straight for the bathroom.
He had spent three days as an instructor, teaching a group of rookies who knew nothing about the law.
Being a teacher was not easy. He was filthy all over.
A bath would wash away the dust.
He lit some incense and put on music.
Pleasant catnip pheromones drifted out, filling the entire room.
Wan Ying dried his hair. His bathrobe hung loose, revealing broad swaths of skin.
He stood before the wine cabinet, selecting a fine wine to lull him to sleep.
He took out a bottle of red from the top shelf. It was not particularly old—exactly ten years.
Pop!
The cork came free.
Wan Ying poured himself a glass of red wine, leaned lazily against the chair, and gently swirled the glass as he admired the wine tinting the clear crystal red.
He took a sip.
The fragrance of grapes filled his mouth.
It tasted fairly good.
Not bad enough to be undrinkable.
He drank three glasses in a row.
The alcohol slowly went to his head.
Holding his glass, Wan Ying blinked slowly as he surveyed the hotel's layout.
His gaze landed on something, and the extra iron cage was an eyesore.
It was simply lowering his taste.
He took out his phone, intending to call security and have them throw the shabby cage out.
A faint sound came from inside the cage. It looked like there was someone in it.
He tightened his grip on the wineglass and stared at the figure within the cage, a flicker of shock passing through his eyes.
Why had this S-class Omega not left?
The cage was unlocked. As long as he woke up, he could leave whenever he wanted.
Wan Ying did not believe he had not regained consciousness even once over the past three days.
Why had he not gone?
Wan Ying set down his glass, slipped one hand into his pocket, and walked over to the iron cage.
The figure inside did not move.
Could he already be dead? What a pity. Wan Ying had not even gotten the chance to do anything.
He crouched at the cage entrance and opened the door.
"Why didn't you leave? Trying to latch onto me?"
As soon as the words fell,
The sleeping man's long lashes trembled a few times, and he slowly opened his eyes.
A pair of pale blue irises appeared.
But upon closer inspection, they turned black again.
Wan Ying propped his chin on his hand and examined him from up close.
This Omega's identity was not simple.
Wan Ying did not believe the background information provided by the auction house.
The frail-looking man struggled to sit up. Compared to three days ago, his complexion was even worse. His lips were cracked, utterly bloodless.
"There's a tracking ring on my ankle. Even if I left, you would find me."
His voice sounded as though he had swallowed a piece of charcoal that had not finished burning, scorching his throat raw.
Every word he spoke came out hoarse and grating.
Wan Ying listened to his explanation without the slightest reaction. "Then why not take a chance? It's only a little over twenty million. Maybe I'm not short on money. You could have left, gambled on it, and perhaps survived."
He stood and looked down at the Omega in the cage.
This body was truly fragile. His wrists were as thin as bamboo poles.
Probably before Wan Ying even released his pheromones, a light snap would break them.
"Since you're not dead, get out. I'm taking you to eat."
Was he deliberately acting pitiful in front of him because he thought Wan Ying would feel sorry for him?
Omega could only survive by relying on Alpha. Heat periods were even more terrifying.
It was understandable to admire strength.
It was also understandable to want to attach himself to Wan Ying.
He rarely got a month-long vacation. Staying alone would be too boring.
That face, that figure... he was better-looking than any Omega Wan Ying had seen before, successfully stirring his interest.
Rather than let some other Alpha have him, Wan Ying might as well take him for himself.
He would personally destroy this aloof, unyielding S-class Omega.
He believed the process and the result would be equally exhilarating.
Bian He pushed open the iron cage door and tugged at the suppression ring around his neck.
He had not eaten in days.
He had been holding on entirely through sheer will.
Every step he took was agonizingly difficult.
He looked up at the man selecting clothes in front of the wardrobe.
Then he looked at his own feet, stained with traces of blood, and hesitated for a moment.
He crouched on the floor.
If Wan Ying liked those who were disobedient, then Bian He would be obedient to the extreme.
Only by stepping on a man's bottom line and making him lower his standards again and again could he gain more of his concern.
The price of angering him was merely having his life taken.
He happened to have one. He could give it away.
The faint sound of crawling began.
After picking through the clothes, Wan Ying chose a light pink outfit.
Though he was an Omega, he was about the same size as Wan Ying.
His clothes might even fit him a little loosely.
Fortunately, Wan Ying liked loose-fitting clothing.
There was nothing wrong with taking out a set for him.
Wan Ying brought the clothes over to the bed.
Wasn't he supposed to have a fierce temper?
This was a little too obedient.
Puppy was in front of him.
He blinked his beautiful eyes and looked at Wan Ying, innocent and pitiful.
Wan Ying was so irritated that he wanted to laugh.
Heh.
No wonder everyone said Omega were scheming. He really did have some tricks.
Wan Ying took out the remote control. Without the slightest mercy.
Even in such a miserable state, the beautiful man was still too beautiful to look away from.
Omega was very good at enduring. He did not make a single sound.
Once again, he exceeded Wan Ying's expectations.
Wan Ying's face darkened.
When Omega sensed it had stopped, his reddened eyes filled with tears, which fell onto the floor.
He had not cried at the beginning, but cried once it was over.
Tears fell from Omega's eyes as he swayed unsteadily.
The beautiful teardrops were like beads strung on a thread, striking Wan Ying's legs one by one.
They seeped through his clothes and into the wounds.
Wan Ying looked away and stared at that face. "You want to be mine that badly? You think taking the initiative... will make me go soft?"
He reached out and touched the Bite Guard on Omega's face.
Its instant chill was as cold as Omega's body temperature.
"What's your name?"
Omega tilted his head up and nuzzled his palm. "Bian He."
Wan Ying savored the sensation against his fingertips for a few seconds before withdrawing his hand.
The movement was too abrupt.
Bian He panicked for a moment and looked at him in confusion.
Why did he look so aggrieved?
Wan Ying spread out his palm and ordered coldly, "Write it for me."
Omega's eyes curved as he smiled.
Using his index finger, he carefully wrote his name stroke by stroke in Wan Ying's palm.
Wan Ying curled his fingers and pinched his cheek.
"Weren't you strong enough to injure several Alpha? Why are you so obedient when it comes to me?"
"Show me the fierceness you used on everyone else."
Bian He frowned slightly and shook his head in refusal. "No. I'll get hurt."
