Wan Ying gripped Omega's cheeks hard.
Even when his face had been pinched red, marked by fingerprints, he still did not care.
"You say it so smoothly. Could you be this smooth there too?"
The deliberately frivolous teasing was something no Omega could accept from an Alpha.
He had thought he could anger Omega.
Who knew—
Omega's eyes lit up, and the corners of his lips curled slightly, as though he was looking forward to what would happen next.
"Bian He, you wish? Do you think I would with..."
Wan Ying let go, losing a little interest.
This guy was too obedient, completely unlike the wild and untamable creature described at the auction.
Had he been cheated?
More than twenty million gold coins was no small sum.
The light fell over his beautiful light brown hair.
Wan Ying's gaze flickered. A malicious urge rose in him, and he grabbed the loose strands, yanking them back hard. "Bian He, if you keep being this obedient, get out of my world. What I want is something that bites, not one that only knows how to wag its tail."
"If you keep pretending, don't force me to throw you out."
Wan Ying watched a blush float over Bian He's pale face. The temperature lingering on his fingertips was rather high.
Higher than a normal person's body temperature.
"Bian He, if you look like this, I'll think you want candy."
As soon as the words fell—
Wan Ying lowered his eyes and reflected with a dark expression.
What the hell had he just said? Why had he become so disgusting?
He had always despised Alphas who bullied Omegas. Then what was he doing now? For the sake of satisfying his own twisted amusement, he said and did whatever he wanted, without considering the feelings of a fragile Omega at all.
There was something wrong with him.
What was he even fussing over?
Wan Ying stood up and threw the clothes onto Omega's head. "Hurry up and change. I'm taking you to eat."
He looked like he was about to starve to death. It felt like a gust of wind could blow Bian He away.
He had become so obedient only because his strength had run out, right? His pheromone scent was very faint.
Bian He took the clothes off his head, leaving his hair a mess.
The clothes were too beautiful, and their surface still carried a faint mint scent.
He could clearly tell who they belonged to.
He stood up and carried the clothes into the bathroom.
Warm water fell over his body, washing away the filthy blood as his wounds turned pale.
Bian He closed his eyes and tilted his head back, receiving the water's cleansing as though he could not feel pain, letting it wash over him.
He cleaned his body.
He changed into clean clothes.
Wan Ying sat at the computer desk, handling work.
Bian He lowered his head and stood behind the man without saying a word.
He waited quietly for a while.
The man immersed in work did not notice him.
Bian He softened his breathing. His hand hung at his side, rubbing against his leg unconsciously.
As expected of a rare secondary gender, even the scent of higher-grade pheromones carried a hint of strength.
Just smelling it made one feel refreshed and comfortable.
It felt so good... it made him want to do something.
The thought surfaced, and his pheromones drifted out with it.
Bian He concealed his thoughts, and the scent of his pheromones faded somewhat.
The sound of keyboard tapping rang beside his ears.
Wan Ying closed the computer and turned around in his chair.
What entered his sight—
Omega, dressed in light pink casual workwear, was stunning enough to make one's eyes light up.
His hair had not been dried and was still half-wet.
His face was very pale, the sort of white that seemed to glow.
Any marks left on it would probably be obvious.
"Why didn't you dry your hair? Do you want to add injury to injury? You might as well just live in the hospital."
Wan Ying pulled out a hair dryer with a cold expression and dried Omega's hair.
He did not mean anything by it. He was simply taking care of an injured person.
After drying his hair, he glanced down and saw those wounds that still glimmered with blood. For some reason, they were an eyesore.
He happened to have a first-aid kit on hand, containing medicine to stop bleeding and ease pain.
After dawdling for a long while, they finally went out.
Wan Ying walked ahead, glancing from the corner of his eye at the obedient figure following behind him.
Pink-and-white bandages with cartoon puppy designs covered his face, while several more were stuck to his arms and neck.
Anyone who did not know better would wonder what was going on. He looked very cute.
Wan Ying drove Omega to a five-star restaurant in the city center.
"President Wan, you're here. The usual private room? We've kept it reserved for you."
The manager personally came to receive him.
Wan Ying nodded with a cold face and followed the server upstairs to the private room.
After sitting down, he handed the menu to Bian He. "See what you want to eat."
Bian He held the menu and shook his head. "Mas... I'll eat whatever you eat."
The word nearly slipped out.
He corrected himself in time and returned the menu, looking utterly trusting.
Wan Ying glanced at the server standing nearby.
Slightly helpless, he named several dishes he often ordered. "Fine, start with these. Bring them quickly."
The server took the menu and left, closing the door behind him.
His temper seemed especially good today. Was it because Omega was too beautiful?
"Don't say those words outside from now on. I have nothing to do with you, and you shouldn't put all your thoughts on me."
Wan Ying propped his head up with one hand and lifted his eyelids slightly.
He really was beautiful.
Wan Ying crooked a finger, and Bian He obediently stood before him.
At a single look, Bian He leaned close without the slightest hesitation, trusting him.
This action pleased him greatly, entirely without caution or hesitation.
Wan Ying gripped his cheek hard. "Bian He, remember this clearly. All I can give you is money. As for the devotion you Omegas expect... sorry, I have no feelings. But your body must belong entirely to me."
"I'll give you enough respect, and in front of outsiders, I'll shower you with affection. But behind closed doors, you're what I keep by my side—a well-behaved one that only wags its tail at me, yet bares sharp fangs at outsiders. Do you understand?"
There was no dignity in it at all. He stated exactly what he wanted without restraint.
He was merely a pet bought at auction. Wan Ying would never marry an Omega of unknown origins.
Of course, he did not believe in marriage and had no interest in anyone.
The beautiful Omega before him looked like a fairy who had stepped out of a painting.
The only reason he had caught his interest was that the timing had been right.
Wan Ying had happened to be bored, had happened to appear in that boring place, and had happened to meet someone who could stir his interest.
Bian He's face was too delicate. A light pinch left two fingerprint marks behind.
Wan Ying frowned and rubbed at them. The marks did not fade; instead, he rubbed Bian He's face red.
"Why are you so delicate? You turn red from one touch."
After muttering a complaint, he let go.
Bian He lowered his head, and the tips of his ears twitched.
Wan Ying looked toward the door. "Stand up and go back to your own seat."
As soon as he spoke—
Bian He immediately got up.
He moved his chair a little closer to Wan Ying and obediently sat down.
Wan Ying took Omega's little movements in at a glance.
The server knocked and brought in the dishes.
Six dishes were served one after another.
The door closed again.
Seeing that Bian He had not picked up his chopsticks, Wan Ying urged, "Try them and see if you like them. If there's anything else you want, order it."
Bian He took the chopsticks handed to him.
He smiled and said, "Thank you."
Wan Ying's breathing trembled slightly, and he looked out the window as though guilty.
Omega had such a sweet mouth.
Was he born knowing how to flirt?
