Ultimate Spider-Man!

The Marvel Main Universe, a Manhattan apartment.

Just as Jiang Li was about to open the portal to the Daily Universe, there was a knock on the glass door of the balcony.

Knock, knock, knock.

A figure dressed in red and blue combat gear was hanging upside down outside the glass door, holding a homemade metal device that resembled a radar in its hand.

Peter Parker, the Spider-Man of the Main Universe.

"Mr. Jiang Li! Sister Gwen! Excuse me!"

Peter flipped down from the ceiling, opened the door and walked into the living room, pulled off his mask, and his eyes lit up with excitement.

Peter, like a fervent salesman, handed the radar in his hand to Jiang Li.

"I borrowed some of Mr. Stark's server computing power and, combined with the dimensional code you left behind, created a parallel universe anomaly signal detector. Guess what? I just detected an extremely strange Spider-Verse coordinate!"

Jiang Li looked at the tech-savvy Spider-Man in front of him, whose face was full of anticipation, and smiled helplessly.

"How is it strange?"

"That New York in that universe is filled with an extremely vast and cold surveillance network frequency." Peter pushed up his virtual glasses. "Although the signal characteristics are similar to mine, his style of doing things is nothing like a superhero; it's more like... a tyrant."

Upon hearing "surveillance network" and "tyrant," a name instantly flashed through Jiang Li's mind.

After Doctor Octopus possessed Peter Parker's body, the self-important monster that was born Ultimate Spider-Man.

Jiang Li glanced at Gwen beside him; it seemed their original vacation plans would have to be postponed a bit.

"Peter." Jiang Li reached out and took the crude detector, tapping it a few times with his finger.

"Since you're so curious and admire my hacking skills so much, come on, I'll take you to see 'you' in another universe, and while I'm at it, I'll teach you what real cyber intrusion is."

"Really?! That's so cool!" Peter so excited he almost jumped onto the ceiling.

Jiang Li pressed the Omnitrix on his left wrist.

Buzz!

A green portal opened. Jiang Li and Gwen, along with the excited Spider-Man from the Main Universe, stepped into that parallel universe filled with a cold, metallic aura.

Earth-616 (a parallel branch), New York.

The sky was overcast and gray.

Peter from the Main Universe had just stepped out of the portal when he keenly sensed that something was wrong.

"My God... what's wrong with this place?"

Peter looked up at the surrounding skyscrapers. What should have been a bustling New York street now exuded a suffocating sense of oppression.

In the sky, on the walls of buildings, even on the edges of manhole covers.

Everywhere was crawling with palm-sized, red-glowing metallic mechanical spiders (Spider Robots). They were so densely packed that they formed an invisible surveillance net, completely covering the entire city.

"Such dense frequency surveillance. This is practically a panoramic prison with no blind spots." Peter examined the instruments in his hands, his expression turning grave. "What exactly am I doing in this universe?"

To be precise, that wasn't you.

Jiang Li walked down the street, his hands in his trench coat pockets. "That's a madman named Otto Octavius (Doctor Octopus) who possessed your body. He calls himself ' Ultimate Spider-Man ' and tries to prove he's better than you with this extreme surveillance."

"Doctor Octopus stole my body?!" Peter's eyes widened, and he suddenly felt a chill.

Just then...

A violent explosion and screams suddenly erupted from the intersection ahead.

The three quickly approached.

Several robbers who had robbed the armored truck were lying in pools of blood, howling in agony. Their limbs had been brutally broken, and blood was everywhere.

Standing before them was a figure dressed in a red and black battle suit, with four sharp mechanical spider legs extending from his back.

Ultimate Spider-Man.

"A bunch of low-IQ idiots."

Ultimate Spider-Man coldly stomped on a robber's chest, a mechanical leg piercing through the robber's shoulder.

"Under my Spider Robots network, your crimes are as laughable as insects. I, the Ultimate Spider-Man, am the only absolute order in this city!"

"Stop!"

The Spider-Man from the Main Universe couldn't stand it any longer. He shot out a Silk that stuck to the Ultimate Spider-Man's mechanical leg, and with a strong pull, ripped it off the robber's shoulder.

Ultimate Spider-Man turned his head, and the red eye patch on his mask instantly shrank.

He glanced at Peter from the Main Universe, who was standing not far away in his classic red and blue suit, then looked at Jiang Li and Gwen, and let out an extremely arrogant sneer.

"Where did this inferior clone come from? How dare it wear my old, Joker -like suit?"

The four mechanical legs on the back of the Ultimate Spider-Man slowly unfolded, exuding a chilling murderous aura.

"And you two. No matter which sewer you crawled out of, you rats who dare to challenge my authority in my city, you will only die!"

Ultimate Spider-Man raised his hand and pressed the main control terminal on the wrist of his suit.

"Activate the Heavenly Net! Tear them apart!"

Buzz--!

Accompanied by a piercing mechanical roar.

On the surrounding streets, thousands upon thousands of Spider Robots simultaneously lit up with a blinding red light, surging down from the buildings in all directions like a red metallic tide, instantly blocking all escape routes.

"Mr. Jiang Li! He's taken control of the entire drone network!" Main Universe tensed Peter, assuming a battle stance. "There are too many of them. Should we call in Mr. Stark's Iron Legion?!"

"To deal with this toy network, call in the Iron Legion?"

Jiang Li chuckled softly.

He didn't transform, and he didn't even move a step.

Jiang Li slowly raised his left hand, and a deep green light shone around the edge of the Omnitrix.

"Peter, watch closely. This is what a hacker is all about."

Jiang Li the Snap his fingers in mid-air with utter casualness.

Snap!

A very faint sound.

But then, an invisible high-dimensional data wave, centered on Jiang Li, instantly swept across the entire surveillance network of New York City.

The next second.

The cruel smile on Ultimate Spider-Man's face froze completely.

The thousands upon thousands of Spider Robots that were originally about to pounce on Jiang Li stopped in mid-air in perfect unison when they were less than a meter away from Jiang Li.

At the same time, the red light in their eyes all turned into an extremely docile green light!

"What's going on?!"

Ultimate Spider-Man frantically pounded on the main control terminal on his wrist, but the screen only displayed rows of green alien gibberish that he couldn't understand at all.

"What... what did you do to my network?!" Ultimate Spider-Man- Man roared hysterically. His most advanced artificial intelligence system, which he was so proud of, had been completely stripped of control in an instant!

Jiang Li lowered his left hand and looked at Ultimate Spider-Man with icy eyes.

"Peter, didn't you find these red mechanical bugs depressing?" Jiang Li tilted his head slightly.

"Yes... yes, sir!" The Spider-Man from the Main Universe swallowed hard, his eyes now filled with pure fanaticism as he looked at Jiang Li. Incredible! Without even touching a keyboard, he annihilated the entire city's Internet of Things!

"Then let them dance."

With a single sentence from Jiang Li.

Tens of thousands of Spider Robots along the street suddenly flipped over and started spinning comically on the ground, even emitting cheerful electronic music.

Ultimate Spider-Man looked at his painstakingly built, invincible surveillance army, now reduced to a bunch of Joker toys, and he trembled with rage, almost spitting out a mouthful of blood.
