Background

A Celestial Dragon warship encounters Xia Zhiqing shortly after he evolves his Sharingan to Three Tomoe. Saint Dubinswe, seeking to test newly acquired red shells, chooses Xia’s ship as a target and destroys it along with roughly 300 million Beli in bounty heads stored aboard. 6 7 8

When Xia confronts the warship, Dubinswe demands that he kneel, apologize, and become a slave. Xia defeats the black-clad guards, brutally beats Dubinswe, and searches the vessel for compensation. Instead, he finds enslaved women held aboard the ship. A wheat-skinned captive shoots the restrained Dubinswe through the heart, killing him. 8 9

The disappearance of a Celestial Dragon causes immediate alarm within the Marines. Fleet Admiral Sengoku suppresses public disclosure and assigns Admiral Yellow Monkey to investigate, while the rescued women provide matching claims of amnesia during questioning. 10 11
