Doctor Strange had little concept of the Grand Magus rank. The strongest mage he had ever seen was Ancient One. As for Daisy and Dormammu, whom he had met before, he felt they could not be measured simply as mages.

When Atlantis was mentioned, he could not help glancing at Namor. That was convenient—there was an Atlantean right beside them to consult.

Namor looked utterly disdainful, arms folded. "I don't acknowledge her as an Atlantean. Look at her height—so short. A typical primitive. True Atlanteans are exceptionally fit. That woman is most likely an ancestor of you surface dwellers."

It had to be said that Namor had a foul mouth and a first-rate talent for mockery. He had failed to consider that everyone on the plane, aside from himself, was a "surface dweller." The contempt in his words had insulted everyone aboard.

The conversation briefly fell silent. Fortunately, Professor Charles, who had been taciturn all along, spoke up at the right moment. "Erik once said that the Black Queen is the oldest Mutant in the world. Compared to her, Apocalypse is merely a child."

"Okay, a seventeen-thousand-year-old mage, an ancient Mutant, and a little dwarf. Does anyone else have any gossip to add?" Stark joked carelessly.

Professor Charles's smile remained gentle. "Tony, do not underestimate the Hellfire Club. They are remarkably resilient. Many prominent figures have joined the organization. Your father, Howard Stark, and Reed's father, Nathaniel Richards, both joined it. I heard that even Daisy Johnson was invited, though she declined."

"They have money, technology, and a large number of people at their disposal. They are very powerful. But after years of suppression by S.H.I.E.L.D., as far as I know, the Hellfire Club is now merely a purely commercial alliance. Emma and Erik left the organization long ago."
