Background / History
Founding weakness
The Human Clan begins as a vulnerable acquired race struggling for survival against the Demon Clan and Witch Clan. Most powerful innate beings disregard ordinary humans; only a few elders carve out a survival route through desperate fighting. At this point, Youchao and Ziyi are severely injured, while Sui Ren bears responsibility for the clan’s remaining people. 329
Ye Zhuo arrives claiming to be an acquired human from the future. He aids Sui Ren, provides Destiny Fruits to heal and empower the clan’s leaders, and begins preparing selected humans to lead its rise. 329
Ye Zhuo’s reforms
Ye Zhuo creates a secret-realm system so capable descendants can gain opportunities through defined rewards and punishments. He fills these realms with refined spiritual treasures, spirit fruits, and inheritances, while granting signature treasures to Sui Ren, Youchao, Ziyi, and Fuxi. 331 332
He also cultivates “variables” among humanity by becoming systems for chosen individuals. These systems support paths including martial cultivation, artifact refinement, talismans, bloodline fusion, attribute growth, and exploration. 334 335
As the clan develops, tribes are gradually replaced by cities, while rising cultivators, spirit-root holders, and treasure-seekers become new pillars of human society. 336
Rise of the Human Race Great Dao
The Human Race Great Dao emerges alongside the Great Firmament Heavenly Immortal Dao. Unlike the Witch Clan and Demon Clan, whose collective power is described primarily as fortune, every person who identifies as human contributes to the Human Clan’s fortune and strengthens its Great Dao regardless of cultivation. 336 343
This unity allows the Human Clan to resist Gonggong’s assault on Mount Buzhou and later counter the Twelve Ancestral Witches’ Pangu Dharma Body through the All-Heaven Formation. 343 344
Consolidation and expansion
After driving the nearby Witch Clan and Demon Clan away, the Human Clan unifies much of its scattered population and occupies roughly one-third of the eastern Primordial World. Its grand formation connects Human Clan lands, cities, tribes, and the Human Sovereign Palace. 351
Following Bloodline Ascension and further Dao teachings, the clan turns outward. Xuanyuan campaigns against the Witch Clan, Shennong advances west to restore spiritual veins, and Yu the Great moves to stabilize the Four Seas. 360
Yu the Great forces the Dragon Clan to submit to Human Clan rule over the Boundless Four Seas, while Shennong’s western army conquers strongholds and reaches Wuzhuang Temple. Zhenyuanzi subsequently joins the Great Firmament Heavenly Immortal Dao and aligns with the Human Clan. 364 368 369
Ascendancy
The Human Clan defeats the Witch Clan, withstands the Demon Clan and multiple Sages, and reveals reserves of Peak Quasi-Saints and Great Firmament Golden Immortals that overwhelm its remaining opponents. 373 375 376
After Ye Zhuo replaces the Heavenly Dao of the main world with his own, the Primordial World becomes known as the Human Clan Primordial World. Human Clan Sages later open roads to the Myriad Heavens and Ten Thousand Realms, while successive Human Clan Heavenly Emperors govern entire eras. 380
Collective Powers
Human Race Great Dao
The Human Race Great Dao is the clan’s defining collective power, formed from human fortune, unity, ambition, and the will to surpass heaven.
- Every member of the Human Clan strengthens the clan’s fortune and Great Dao, including non-cultivators. 336
- It can condense into combat power through formations, allowing Fuxi to strike with force approaching that of a Sage. 344
- It provides spiritual resurgence, opportunities, and new “variables” as the Human Clan rises. 343
- The Human Dao Sword is formed from the Human Clan’s fate and Great Dao. 348 352
Great Firmament Heavenly Immortal Dao
Ye Zhuo’s Dao is the foundation of the Human Clan’s rapid cultivation and diverse development.
- It provides Dao inheritances, cultivation methods, secret realms, spiritual treasures, and opportunities for human descendants. 332 340
- Its branches support different cultivation paths, allowing the Twelve Golden Immortals to pursue separate Great Daos. 336
- It supports specialized professions, including alchemy, talismans, formations, inscriptions, and artifact refinement. 356
- It is capable of concealing and protecting the Human Clan through the Human Realm and the “Severing Heaven and Earth” dojo. 357 358
Formations and territorial defense
The Human Clan relies heavily on formations to turn its collective strength into military power.
- Heavenly Net — Used by Human Clan experts to contain Gonggong’s flood and protect Mount Buzhou. 342 343
- All-Heaven Formation — Condenses the Human Race Great Dao against the Pangu Dharma Body. 344
- Mount Buzhou Grand Formation — Extends across Human Clan territory, linking the Human Sovereign Palace and major settlements. 351
- Demonic Domain Divine Thunder — Defends the Human Clan’s true territory and injures intruding Sages. 358
- Execution Immortal Sword Formation — Used by Yu the Great during the campaign against the Interception Sect. 365 366
Artifact refinement and mass armament
The Human Clan’s artifact refiners produce and improve spiritual treasures on a vast scale.
- Human Clan emperors and warriors are equipped with large quantities of innate spiritual treasures. 364 366
- The clan deploys over ten thousand Sea-Calming Divine Needles in battle. 366
- Its refining ability allows acquired treasures to be elevated into innate treasures. 366
- This industrial-scale armament is supported by Sui Ren’s forging traditions and the clan’s professional cultivation systems. 370 356
Limitations
- Humans originally possess neither innate divine abilities nor inherited bloodline advantages, forcing them to rely on cultivation, resources, and collective organization. 356
- Even after their initial Bloodline Ascension, the Human Clan remains behind the Witch Clan and Demon Clan in baseline racial strength. 356
- Their greatest achievements depend heavily on the Human Race Great Dao, the Great Firmament Heavenly Immortal Dao, Ye Zhuo’s protection, and the unity of the clan. 343 352 357
