Returning to Fish-Man Island
Hearing this, Whitebeard's face could not help but show a flicker of surprise.
That was only natural.
After all, Lin Yan was the captain of the Seventeenth Division.
Yet faced with Whitebeard's somewhat astonished expression, Lin Yan merely smiled and spread his hands.
"After all, I've never been very good at naming things, and Hancock and the others seem even more interested in it than I am."
Only then did Whitebeard understand, and he immediately broke into a hearty grin.
"Gurararara! Fine, I understand. Just let me know once you've decided on a name."
Whitebeard accepted the outcome with remarkable ease.
To him, the pirate crew was like a family, and every member was his family. Naturally, he would not object to Lin Yan's decision.
And so, the matter was settled quite pleasantly.
"Then, Lin, are you preparing to set sail now?"
Looking at Lin Yan before him, approval flashed through Whitebeard's eyes before he asked with a serious expression.
"Yeah, more or less. The sooner we deal with things over there, the better. After all, it's our territory too."
Lin Yan smiled and nodded.
As everyone knew, Fish-Man Island was Whitebeard Pirates territory. How could they allow others to interfere as they pleased?
Besides, Lin Yan himself was not entirely uninterested in the Three Ancient Weapons.
"Gurararara! I understand."
Naturally, Whitebeard had no objections. After laughing heartily for a while, he gave Lin Yan a very serious look.
"I won't say much more. In short, if you run into any trouble, we'll all have your back."
Whitebeard gave his assurance with utmost seriousness.
Every member of the Whitebeard Pirates would naturally become their family's support. That was what made the Whitebeard Pirates so different from the other Emperors.
And they had truly lived up to it.
"I'll remember that."
