Background / History

The sect was founded by Xiao Shenfeng and originally upheld “Fate Arts Toward Good” as its guiding principle. Its signature Grand Momentum Configuration was first called Human Destiny Returns to the Self before successive refinements transformed it into Heaven’s Mandate Returns to the Self. Heaven Marrow Academy—later reduced to ruins—served as the Mandate Formation’s core formation eye. 821 1176

By the Mountain-Opening Alliance Gathering, Heaven’s Mandate Sect was regarded as the foremost Fate Sect of its era. Its immense reserves of Upper Rank masters, Destiny Mountains, artifacts, and secret arts allowed it to operate separately from smaller sects and dominate alliance politics. 507 646

The sect selected and supported Ye Han as a Chosen Son of Heaven, while also preparing Duan Tianji as a successor and vessel for high-level artifacts.
