"Since you all love fighting so much—"

"Then I'll fight you to your hearts' content!"

Relentless bombardment!

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Xiao Huasheng had completely lost it. She no longer aimed, no longer dodged, and simply laughed wildly as she poured firepower in every direction.

One rocket blew a group of Ork Boyz into the air, while another plasma blast vaporized the charging Bloodletters into a mist of blood.

She even grabbed two Vulcan Gatlings and began spinning through the battlefield, spraying bullets everywhere.

"Hahahahaha!!" She laughed as she fired, finally going completely mad.

The Orks froze.

They had never seen such a crazy "humie," one even more WAAAGH than they were!

"This humie's got guts!" an Ork Mekboy shouted excitedly. "I'm gonna take her alive!"

"No! Her skull belongs to the Blood God!" A Khorne Berserker roared as he charged.

"Shut up! All of you, die!" Xiao Huasheng shouted.

She was spinning, spinning!

Xiao Huasheng spun madly across the chaotic battlefield, leaving corpses strewn everywhere she went.

It was clear that she had truly held back a great deal against the Foundation.

Rumble—!!!

The entire battlefield was instantly swallowed by explosions. Shockwaves swept through everything, blasting Greenskins and Daemons away like rag dolls.

Skullshatterer Grom's kill-kannon was blown into pieces, and he himself was hurled to the ground, his single eye filled with excitement.

"Kill her!!"

In the blink of an eye, countless more Greenskins rushed forward.

Meanwhile, Xiao Huasheng was still wreaking havoc on the ground battlefield.

At that moment, a Space Marine warship from the Imperium of Man had received the industrial planet's distress signal.

It docked in low orbit.

The moment they arrived, they discovered that the industrial planet's defenses had nearly been destroyed.

They also observed Khorne's forces and the Greenskins fighting each other, with an angel wildly firing in the middle of it all.

"Is the Living Saint still fighting? This planet fell seven days ago, so she has held out for seven days?" The captain of the warship mistook Xiao Huasheng for a Living Saint and asked in confusion.

Lobotomy Corporation Is Hiring Again [1st Update]

The Ultramarines had witnessed Xiao Huasheng's performance in its entirety.

But even the Ultramarines could not possibly airdrop in to rescue her right now.

Once the Ultramarines saw that the planet was filled with Orks and Khorne Daemons, they effectively sent Terra a request to authorize the use of planet-killing weapons.

Otherwise, given the number of Orks here, it would not be long before they broke free of the planet's confines and built spacecraft capable of interstellar travel.

Meanwhile, Xiao Huasheng was still happily slaughtering everything on the battlefield.

The area around her had become a complete vacuum. No enemy of any kind could get close to her.

Her bullets were far more powerful than the ammunition used by either side.

What puzzled both the Orks and the Khorne Daemons even more was that, even when some shots struck her directly in the body—

They still could not harm her in the slightest.

She practically tanked every attack head-on.

She clearly wore no armor, yet she remained unbelievably tough.

Both the Khorne Daemons and the Orks could not help but view her in a new light.

She was definitely a special human!

"What an amazing humie!"

"I wanna chop her up!!"

One Ork after another grew excited, desperately wanting to hack her down in a frenzy of blades.

Seeing this, the Khorne Daemons immediately joined the Orks.

The two sides had clearly been fighting each other, yet they had now reached a strange understanding.

They closed in on Xiao Huasheng almost simultaneously.

Xiao Huasheng, who had been happily firing away, was already spinning, but the good times did not last.

She had barely spun twice.

When her foot suddenly slipped, she promptly fell face-first onto the ground.

Splat.

She lay stiffly on the ground, unable to do anything.

"Ah?"

Xiao Huasheng's eyes widened as she stared at the scene.

"What... what happened...?"

Suddenly, an overwhelming drowsiness rose from the depths of her heart.

Angela's voice rang out.

[You have consumed too much energy. Your body is overly fatigued. Your current energy reserves are 9%. I believe it is necessary for you, Manager, to visit the department.]

"Is that so..."

The angel's sleep came with startling suddenness.

One second, Xiao Huasheng had been ravaging the battlefield like a storm, bullets pouring forth and flesh flying everywhere. She weaved between Orks and Daemons like an unstoppable torrent of destruction. The next second, her movements abruptly halted, as though some invisible force had drained every last bit of energy from her.

She stumbled, then—

"Splat!"

She fell stiffly to the ground, face down and limbs spread wide like a flattened frog.

"Ah?"

She blinked and tried to push herself up, only to find that her arms had gone limp. She no longer had the strength even to hold a gun.

"What... what happened...?"

Drowsiness washed over her like a tide. Her vision began to blur, and Angela's calm, mechanical voice was all that remained in her ears:

[You have consumed too much energy. Your body is overly fatigued. Your current energy reserves are 9%.] [I believe it is necessary for you, Manager, to visit the department.]

"Is that so..." she muttered, her eyelids growing heavier and heavier.

Then, she fell asleep.

Xiao Huasheng's sudden collapse plunged the entire battlefield into brief silence.

The Orks and Khorne Daemons had been slaughtering each other madly, but when they discovered that the human who had gone berserk had suddenly flopped down, both sides froze.

"Hm?" An Ork Boy scratched his head and poked Xiao Huasheng's face with a rough green finger.

"Why ain't this humie movin'?"

Another Ork tried slashing her with a choppa, only for the blade to bounce off her with a clang, failing to even break her skin.

"By Gork, why's this humie so hard?!"

The Khorne Daemons were equally confused.

A Bloodletter raised its massive axe and brought it down with all its strength—

Clang!

Sparks flew from the axe blade, but Xiao Huasheng remained completely unharmed.

"What is this thing?!"

The Orks and Daemons looked at each other. After hacking at Xiao Huasheng's sleeping body for a full ten minutes without getting any reaction—

In the brief silence, they reached a conclusion.

If they could not chop her, then they would keep chopping each other!

Thus, the two sides, who had only just stopped fighting for a moment, immediately grabbed their weapons again and charged at one another.

"WAAAGH!!!"

"Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!"

The battlefield erupted once more, blood and explosions intertwining, while Xiao Huasheng lay sweetly asleep right in the center.

As Xiao Huasheng's consciousness sank away—

She returned to that surveillance room. It was still as cold, rigid, and lifeless as ever.

Within it, only that blue figure stood out as the sole bright color.

Angela organized some documents, then handed them to Xiao Huasheng with her eyes closed.

"Some employees have arrived recently. It seems that what happened outside was not easy."

"Our company has employees now? I thought I would have to keep atoning forever."

"Yes, but there are only two of them. The others apparently do not qualify to enter this place."

"That really is strict."

As Xiao Huasheng spoke, she picked up the files and began reading them.

[Employee File: Ku Tang] [Employee File: Ai Er Lan]

"These two? Are they already dead?" Xiao Huasheng asked doubtfully, and Angela responded.

"Only the deceased can become our official employees. Temporary workers will not appear in these files."

After receiving this information, the red-haired angel picked up the files and slowly read through them.

The two people's life histories and even their wishes were written inside. It even recorded whether they had a mole on their inner thigh.

But separated by a file and a few lines of text, she still could not tell much about them.

In the end, Xiao Huasheng spoke.

"I want to meet them and ask what they think."

"Of course."

Angela did not refuse. She merely waved her hand, and in the blink of an eye, the two employees appeared in the dreary surveillance room.

Angela silently stood to one side, making Xiao Huasheng seem more imposing.

There were two of them.

One was a cute-looking, expressionless girl looking around.

The other was the captain of the Alpha Assault Squad, the one who had used an electromagnetic gun to blow up SCP-682.

Both of them looked around in confusion, as though they had still been inside the Foundation just moments ago.

But then, they finally remembered something.

They had come to join Lobotomy Corporation.

Ku Tang slightly parted her lips, quietly gazing at Xiao Huasheng as she spoke first.
