Ian traveled to Amestris to study alchemy, Truth, and the world’s deeper laws while intervening in the Elric brothers’ story and confronting the Homunculi. After exploring Xerxes and Xing, he brought his imperial ambitions to Olivia Armstrong, who agreed to his proposal on her own terms.

• Ian reunited with Hermione, learned about mage research, and approved worldwide screening for mage talent despite Amelia’s concern that it could divide the population.
• Ian inspected the unfinished Floating City, blessed the volunteers setting out to explore the stars, and led the fleet through the Void Engine into another star system.
• Ian entered Amestris, studied alchemy, and used Human Transmutation to learn from Truth that souls returned to the Cosmic Energy current and could not be recalled after death.
• Ian experimented with Philosopher’s Stones, exchanged knowledge with Izumi Curtis, and restored Nina Tucker as a girl, then copied Scar’s brother’s research on Alchemy and Alkahestry.
• Ian captured Homunculi, rescued Hughes by faking his death, and took him to witness how the Dwarf in the Flask had created Father and sacrificed Xerxes.
• Ian exchanged knowledge with Xing’s Alkahestry practitioners, developed Battle Aura, then escaped the emperor’s forces after they tried to seize his immortality research.
• Ian concluded that the Elric brothers’ story remained on its original course and traveled to Briggs, where he showed Olivia Armstrong his starships and invited her to join the Arcane Empire.

Ian turned his research into a plan to escape Truth’s influence, then weakened and attacked Truth to steal its Divine Authorities. After Truth destroyed his clone, Ian kept the stolen powers and Akashic Gate coordinates and set the World Gate on course for the Arcane Empire.

• Ian discovered Truth had influenced his obsession with spreading Alchemy, so he developed Arcane Runes and upgraded the World Gate while advancing to Fifth Tier.
• Ian rescued Olivia’s parents and brother, then used a Void Shield, stolen blood, and the Meme Virus to prepare his attack on Truth.
• Ian spread Human Transmutation incidents across the world while Truth failed to recognize the organized conspiracy, then placed Olivia in hibernation before severing his ties to Amestris.
• Ian awakened the infected creatures into a Hive Mind that denied Truth’s existence, and the Planetary Will dragged Truth into the mortal world, weakening it.
• Ian used Void Cores and Space Bombs to damage Truth’s Knowledge Dimension, then activated the Authority Usurpation Program.
• Ian sacrificed millions of Gates of Truth to steal the Authorities of Death, Space-Time, and Wisdom, while Truth erased his clone.
• Ian’s main body retained the stolen Authorities and sealed the Akashic Gate’s energy coordinates inside his Magic Core, then sent the World Gate toward the Arcane Empire.

Ian returned to the Harry Potter universe, consolidated the Arcane Empire, and began transforming Earth into an interstellar power. After recruiting allies and building a network beyond the Solar System, he enslaved Kilrogg and returned home as the Uranus Project was about to begin.

• Ian reached the Harry Potter universe, met Merlin, and learned that his transmigration had been random and that he could not return to Primordial Earth until he reached the Multiverse’s peak.
• Ian established the Arcane Empire’s new direction, purged conspirators, declared Arcanist the shared title for its people, and formed the Arcane Gate of Truth within himself.
• Ian bound Albion, developed Olivia’s Battle Aura training, and prepared the Empire for its First Arcane Symposium and expedition to Alpha Centauri.
• Ian launched the Pangu Project, joined Earth’s continents into Pangaea, linked the planet’s will to Morgana, and began transforming the Solar System.
• Ian chose the Steel-Skin Folk as a future military target, then traveled with Pheobe to Arcadia Bar to investigate who was supporting their expansion.
• Ian optimized Garchion Kunya’s spirit-bearing longbow, recruited Dumbledore to build a mercenary front, and assigned him to counter goblin control of trade routes and recruit for the Empire.
• Kilrogg captured Ian and Pheobe, but Ian and Pheobe defeated his crew, and Ian enslaved Kilrogg and ordered him to take control of the pirates.
• Two weeks later, Ian and Pheobe returned to Earth as the Uranus Project was set to begin.
