Ian defeated Guznader, but his violation of the law of spacetime drew the attention of the Eleventh Tier Guardians, leaving him a limited time to find the Sage Clan. He infiltrated the Bones Council, won its chairmanship, and began using its members’ knowledge to advance his own plans.

• Ian defeated Guznader, but his attempt to reverse time across the Brazil Region left more than three million people dead and broke the Fundamental Law of Spacetime Continuity, so Klonai bought him about fifty years to find the Sage Clan.
• Ian mourned the victims, captured Guznader’s Divine Kingdom, and studied a living Primordial Rune, which led him to develop Living Arcane Runes and master Authority Resonance.
• Ian traveled to a technology-based world, captured Rick Sanchez variants, and took the Citadel of Ricks technology to build a wall around the Empire’s Prime timeline.
• Ian joined the Bones Council under the designation G-003, built an intelligence network, and challenged C-137 for the chairmanship.
• Ian exposed hidden commands favoring higher-tier candidates, analyzed C-137’s Astral Realm equation, and won the knowledge assessment with a perfect score.
• Ian defeated C-137 and A-001 in Virtual Reality battles, won the election, and declared himself Council Chairman.

Ian uncovered the Time Custodians’ role in taking his agent, found the Scholar Race in the Quantum Realm, and prepared the Empire to explore the Astral Realm. He then recruited the Doctor and Clara to help locate Gallifrey and obtain its temporal technology.

• Ian established the Council and its departments, then agreed to remove G-334’s curse in exchange for a Wizard Race relic and later resurrected Hermione for the relic’s origin.
• Ian investigated Charles Wentworth’s timeline, learned that the Time Guardians had taken his agent, and brought Charles to the Time-Space Aurors for research into the Time Lord.
• Ian entered the Quantum Realm with Luna, found the Scholar Race, and learned from Kori that he would have to survive the Time Game to avoid becoming a time criminal.
• Ian exchanged knowledge with the Scholar Race, spent twenty years strengthening the Empire, and secured another hundred-year term after winning the election.
• Ian launched the Empire’s Astral Realm exploration program, equipping Sixth Tier Arcanists with Astral Towers and rules for dealing with other civilizations.
• Ian traveled with Morgana and Albion to a universe where magic was repelled, then met the Doctor and Clara after their TARDIS arrived.
• Ian explained that Clara’s timeline could lead to Gallifrey, and the Doctor agreed to help him find it in exchange for Clara’s safety.

Ian traveled through the DC and Flash worlds to study their powers, then entered the Holy Grail War as Rin Tohsaka’s Servant and became involved in its battles. He left Rin and Sakura confronting Sakura’s abuse and promised to deal with Zouken and the worms inside her.

• Ian reached Gallifrey with Clara and the Doctor, gathered Time Lord knowledge and TARDISes, then left after the Doctor freed the frozen planet but kept the Time Lords imprisoned.
• Ian studied alien technologies and regeneration before the Floating City was stranded on Paradise Island, where he repaired the Amazons’ barrier and befriended Diana.
• Ian built an artificial Time Network, traveled to the Flash’s world, and forced Team Flash to cooperate with his Speed Force experiments, ultimately confronting the Speed Force itself.
• Ian erased supernatural memories across connected Earths, created a Green Lantern ring, and later stole a sample of Darkseid’s Omega Effect while warning Diana of a coming Multiversal war.
• Ian entered Rin Tohsaka’s Holy Grail War as her Servant, revealed the Grail’s corruption, and modified her Magic Circuits before helping her confront Lancer and Berserker.
• Ian helped Rin and Shirou survive the conflict with Illyasviel and Berserker, while Saber recognized him as the Arcane Emperor and demanded that he help her achieve her wish.
• Ian told Rin that Sakura was her sister and had been abused by the Matou family, stopped Rin from killing Shinji, and promised Sakura he would deal with Zouken and the worms in her body.

Ian ended the Holy Grail War, pursued True Magic, and grew powerful enough to reach Tier 10 before becoming Sorcerer Supreme. He organized Earth’s mages and began forming alliances against the coming Multiversal Convergence, while proposing a dangerous way to save Odin.

• Ian helped Sakura destroy Zouken, then confronted Medea and Gilgamesh, severed his contract with Tohsaka, and rescued Illya from the corrupted Holy Grail.
• Ian purified the Grail, gained a physical body, trained Tohsaka, and used True Magic and the Primordial Runes to deepen his knowledge before crossing into another timeline.
• Ian met Aisha and the Ancient One, accepted the role of Sorcerer Supreme, claimed the Soul Stone, restored Morgana, and broke through his soul’s limit to reach Tier 10.
• After fighting Malakai and learning about the coming Multiversal Convergence, Ian succeeded the Ancient One and reorganized Kamar-Taj with new training, missions, and magical resources.
• Ian branded Kaecilius and sent him to build a shadow organization, while Wong began taking missions and Ian pursued alliances with Wakanda and Asgard.
• Ian showed Odin and Frigga visions of Asgard’s destruction and the Multiversal Convergence, then proposed preparing their warriors and examined Odin’s deterioration from the Odinforce.
• Ian and Morgana concluded that Odin could halt his deterioration by fusing with the Odinforce and becoming a Pure Energy Lifeform, but Odin hesitated over the risk and Asgard’s secrets.
