As his research advanced and he gained greater command over universal laws, he recruited Itachi to lead espionage training and prepared to livestream a future war against the Otsutsuki Clan.

• Ian declared the Arcane Empire’s claim over the Aquis Plane after Hermione defeated its leaders, then traveled to the Naruto plane to study its chakra and bloodlines.
• With Tsunade’s help, Ian established himself in Konoha, gathered forbidden techniques and genetic samples, and used the village’s invasion to seize Root and its intelligence.
• Ian studied the ninja bloodlines, mastered Arcane Sage Mode, and brought the Five Kage and Killer B into space to demonstrate his power before giving the nations a month to prepare for war.
• Ian assembled Tsunade, Orochimaru, Kabuto Yakushi, Katasuke Tono, and Senju Tobirama to develop a chakra cultivation system, while ten thousand Arcane War Golems overwhelmed the Allied Shinobi Forces.

The arc ended with four Samsara Hall champions confronting Ian above the Shinobi World Planet as he let Bai Li’s Despair Sword Intent strike him for study.

• Ian led his fleet to the Ōtsutsuki home system, destroyed Nishiki, and defeated Shibai before sealing him.
• Ian conquered the Machine Clan, captured the Evil God, and searched the Lost Timelines for answers about the Main God Space.
• Ian captured Hernandez and discovered an Origin Rune in his soul, then encountered Tobias and other Reincarnators in the Fourth Shinobi World War.
• Ian studied the Reincarnators’ power systems and offered them a chance to cooperate in investigating Samsara Hall, while restoring Hernandez’s soul for a reverse hunt.

• Ian fought Bai Li, Naruto, Mafu, and Tiamat, destroyed nearly all of their fleet, and captured Mafu’s Dream Core before the enemy refuge disappeared.
• Ian studied Soulfire and tested Magic Domain techniques, then helped Tobias’s group join him while hiding their souls from the Main God.
• Ian developed Supersolid Aether Cores, tested them against the Soul Limitation, and fought the Death God King to expand his Magic Domain.
• Ian brought Tsunade back to the Arcane Empire, transformed the Naruto Timeline into a Dimensional Orb, and used the recovered resources to begin repairing the Ninth-Tier Floating City.
• Ian and his allies captured and evacuated the Beast-Taming Plane before a Truth Wizard could reach them, then Ian returned to the Empire with its people and World Source Force.
