The turbidity of the five internal organs is certainly not good, so why not directly expel it from the body? Wouldn't it be easier to be completely free of turbidity in this way? But Turbidity Transport in this way is extremely troublesome."

Just like human distractions, even if they are completely cleared away, they will always regenerate as long as one is not dead. The turbid qi in the internal organs is the same; even if it is temporarily expelled from the body, making the body pure and free of turbidity, it will still cause problems.

However, it will inevitably recur in the future; this is the natural state of the human body and cannot be avoided. The Five Organs Purge-Turbidity Revive-Yang Scripture a profound and extensive study, with its main focus on the four words "nature" and "compliance." Only in this way can we embrace all things and be humbly inclusive.

It will never "expel turbid qi" or do anything contrary to the body's natural state. Instead, it follows nature, the heavens and earth, and the body, allowing the turbid qi of the five internal organs to circulate, resolve, and balance each other.

Although there is some turbid air, the body is already cleansed.

But this "naturalness" and "compliance" is precisely what makes it so difficult to grasp. It leaves the Pure Yang Sect helpless, with no way to teach or pass on the knowledge. Those who know it will naturally know, but those who do not know it are very difficult to force upon them.

As a result, the Pure Yang Sect is now facing a major problem.

Furthermore, the second chapter of the Five Organs Purge-Turbidity Revive-Yang Scripture, "Bone-Strengthening Section," also follows the principles of "nature" and "compliance." Although it contains the words "strengthening bones," it does not seek boundless strength, but rather a Jade Bones appearance.

"Bone-Strengthening Section" is also known as "Bone Setting," "Bone Combing," and "Jade Bones." Li Xian initially thought, "The name 'Strengthening Bones' is too vulgar. There are many things in the world that use 'Strengthening Bones.' There are Bone Strengthening Powder, Bone Strengthening Medicine, Bone Strengthening Soup... The text states. "All things are bound to be impure, and bones are especially prone to impurity. The impure energy contained within them far surpasses that of the five internal organs. This text does not seek to expel impurity, but rather to Turbidity-Avoidance. The text includes a note on a piece called ' Turbidity-Avoidance Immortal Tone,' which belongs to the category of ' Double Wafting Immortal Tone.' When this Celestial Note is played, the melody resonates within the bones, allowing one to perceive the impure energy within them."

The method of Turbidity-Avoidance is "the sky is upside down, the earth is upside down, and turbidity rises Turbid Sinking." This means moving the Bone Turbidity, so that the Bone Turbidity and the Bone Turbidity can circulate. In this way, the turbidity in the upper body and the turbidity in the lower body alternate, and then passes through the five internal organs and the bone pathway.

It can Turbidity-Avoidance Jade Bones, cultivating a unique and ethereal beauty. Practicing this method can strengthen bones and increase strength, improve physical health, prolong life, and enhance vitality. It can also enhance the five senses, strengthen the foundation, and protect the five internal organs. After consuming this Essence Treasure, one can retain even more of the Heaven and Earth Essence...

If one practices with an "aggressive mind," progress will be slow. One should focus on nourishing the body, passing the time, and relaxing naturally. The Bone Turbidity will then naturally settle and rise.

He then ceased exploring any further benefits or wonders, calmed his mind, and let the "Turbidity-Avoidance Immortal Tone" resonate within his bones, practicing according to the scriptures.

Like a finely polished stepping stone, like a jujube tree in the courtyard, like moss on a tile... He closed his eyes, yet could sense everything around him without sight. This sensation was truly unique. Li Xian's skin and hair replaced his eyes and ears, allowing him to touch the world. Li Xian thought, "My wife once mentioned to me that in the Western Buddhist Sect, there is a martial art that allows one to observe the world without the aid of eyes. Now I have found another way, and I can also perceive the myriad aspects of the world without the aid of eyes."
