Seeing Ma Hongjun's dejected expression, Qian Chenzhou knew he was far from resigned to this. He picked up his chopsticks. "Your heart isn't sincere yet, and I have no need for you when you're this weak."
Ma Hongjun trembled for an instant, his fists clenching involuntarily.
He understood that Qian Chenzhou was right. He was simply too weak right now.
So weak that he wasn't even worthy of Spirit Hall's attention.
"You can visit Spirit City during the holidays. I'll hear your answer then." Qian Chenzhou picked up a piece of meat and put it in his mouth, chewing. "For now, all you need to do is carry
