Background / History

Qian Chenzhou was born into the Qian Clan as Qian Daoliu's youngest son and Qian Xunji's younger brother. From the age of three, he displayed adult composure, practiced foundational swordsmanship, and treated cultivation as an urgent priority rather than a childhood pastime. Ghost Douluo was assigned to guard him closely. 1 5

He used Rewind to show Qian Daoliu a future in which Spirit Hall was destroyed and the Qian Clan's divine prospects were crippled. Identifying this foreknowledge as part of his God Test, Chenzhou persuaded his father not to interfere directly and began preparing countermeasures himself. 1 2

Before his Martial Soul awakening, Chenzhou spent his days researching soul-master theory and physical conditioning in Spirit Hall's Library Pavilion. He combined soul beast meat, weight training, and progressively older Whale Glue to strengthen his body beyond normal limits, allowing him to plan for unusually old Soul Rings. 2 10 12 13

He later disclosed that his own God Test required the unification of Douluo Continent.
