Yu Xiaogang is the youngest son of Yu Yuanzhen, leader of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan. After awakening the mutated martial soul Luo Sanpao, he endured contempt within the clan for his weak cultivation and low innate Soul Power. He later claimed that his father had always treated him as worthless. 17 25

He spent several years in Spirit City, where he observed Bibi Dong's routine, learned her preferences, and gradually approached her through their shared use of the Library Pavilion.
