Not Indulging Ron's Bad Habits
Hearing Malfoy insult his parents, Harry couldn't hold back any longer. He pushed Malfoy, and Ron Weasley, seeing this, slapped Malfoy across the face.
Malfoy, not one to back down, immediately dodged the incoming slap and then struck Ron in return. At the same time, the towering Goyle and Crabbe rushed forward and joined the fray, beating up Harry and Ron.
Fortunately, these five children don't know magic yet, so they instinctively used physical means to solve the problem, wrestling and fighting inside the private room.
Until Lester arrived. He had just helped Neville find the toad named Trevor and rushed back to the private room, where he saw five people wrestling together.
"What are you doing?!" Lester pushed open the door to the private room and saw Malfoy riding on Harry's back, unleashing a barrage of attacks on Harry. Meanwhile, Ron Weasley suddenly unleashed his power, chasing after Goyle and Crabbe all by himself.
"Lester, come quick! Malfoy and his two companions are here to cause trouble!" Harry saw Lester and cried out for help as if he had seen a savior.
Meanwhile, Malfoy, who was riding on Harry and unleashing his fury, also noticed Lester. He had sensed Lester's unusual nature earlier in Madam Malkin's shop, so he subconsciously became more vigilant.
"Levicorpus!" Just then, Lester pulled out his Dark Lord's Wand and used Levicorpus on Malfoy and his companions, hanging them upside down from the ceiling of the private room. Their robes fell naturally under the force of gravity, revealing their underwear.
Harry was overjoyed at the sight. He had suffered abuse from his uncle's family for years and was often hungry, so he was not only extremely thin but also malnourished. He was no match for the pampered Malfoy.
Lying limply in the chair, Harry gasped for breath, looking triumphantly at Malfoy above him.
Just then, a heart-wrenching scream came from beside him. It turned out that Ron Weasley had not stopped after the war ended; instead, he was still beating the drowning dog.
Because Goyle and Crabbe's heads were facing downwards under the influence of the spell, Ron Weasley could easily kick them. Ron Weasley, already enraged, didn't care whether Goyle and Crabbe lived or died and just kept kicking them in the head.
Malfoy initially wanted to lash out after being hung up by Lester, but after seeing the miserable state of Goyle and Crabbe, Malfoy rationally shut up, silently praying that Weasley wouldn't see him.
"Alright, Ron Weasley, stop fighting!" Lester hurriedly stopped Ron Weasley. This couldn't be allowed to end in a death. This was the Hogwarts Express, not Knockturn Alley. If someone died, it would be a serious matter.
Unfortunately, Ron ignored Lester's calls to stop Ron Weasley. It wasn't until Harry realized the seriousness of the situation and spoke up to stop Ron Weasley that the enraged Ron Weasley stopped what he was doing and stood there panting heavily.
Lester's eyes flashed strangely. From Ron Weasley's behavior just now, Lester could sense that Ron Weasley seemed very unhappy with him, but he hadn't offended him!
Despite his deep bewilderment, Lester didn't bother with Ron Weasley.
Although Ron Weasley is a member of the main cast and achieves great success in the future, so what? Lester is now the Godfather of Azkaban, with a large number of elite soldiers under his command. Isn't he much more powerful than Ron Weasley?
If Ron Weasley were willing to be his friend, he wouldn't refuse, and might even offer him some help in the future. But if Ron Weasley insisted on being his enemy, then sorry, Lester would absolutely not tolerate Ron Weasley's behavior.
Because of Ron Weasley's change in attitude, Lester's desire to beat Draco faded considerably. He waved his wand, and the three Malfoy who were still hanging from the ceiling fell directly to the ground.
"You three just wait, I'll tell my father about this," Malfoy and his two companions said, before fleeing the private room. Fearing Lester might change his mind, he hung them on the wall again.
"Well done, Lester!" After Malfoy left, Harry immediately went up to Lester and praised him, saying, "That Malfoy was so arrogant, he was taught a good lesson, it was really satisfying."
Lester smiled but didn't speak, but Ron Weasley, standing beside him, looked strange and said, "Lester, why did you let those three guys go? Are you with those purebloods?"
Lester: "???"
He had kindly helped subdue Malfoy and his two companions; even if he hadn't done anything particularly meritorious, he had at least put in the effort. But Ron Weasley actually accused him of letting Malfoy escape, which made Lester laugh in exasperation.
Damn it, he was a king in Azkaban, able to kill anyone's entire family whenever he wanted, but now that he's at Hogwarts, even a little brat like Ron Weasley dares to criticize him.
Lester wasn't about to tolerate his behavior and retorted, "Then you can go find them and fight them again. They shouldn't be far away!"
Ron Weasley's face turned green upon hearing this, his red freckles standing out starkly against his green cheeks. How could he possibly defeat Malfoy and his two companions? He glared at Lester with annoyance and slumped down in a huff.
Seeing this, Harry paced anxiously in the private room. He had finally made two new friends and didn't want to lose either of them. So, even though Ron Weasley's actions were somewhat underhanded, Harry still tried to smooth things over.
Lester didn't say much about it. People with different values can't work together. He had his own ideals and beliefs, and a large group of loyal followers. He couldn't compromise with Ron Weasley just because of the original story. Leaving aside the fact that Lester wouldn't lower himself, did Ron Weasley even deserve it?
Thus, an extremely awkward situation arose in the private room. Ron Weasley frowned and didn't speak to Lester, clearly believing that Lester shouldn't have let Malfoy and his two companions escape.
Lester was happy to relax, leisurely munching on snacks in his seat. Harry hesitated for a moment before joining in, after all, who could resist a good meal?
Ron's expression grew even angrier upon seeing this. At this moment, in Ron's mind, Lester's level of dislike was almost on par with that of Malfoy.
"Traitor!" Ron Weasley glared at Lester hatefully, muttering under his breath.
In his view, Lester could have taught Malfoy a good lesson, but he let them go instead. He forgot that if he hadn't recklessly beaten Goyle and Crabbe, Lester would have let Malfoy and the others go for fear of things escalating.
However, regardless of the circumstances, a rift has developed between Lester and Ron Weasley.
