Just as Malfoy was petting the cat and Lester was looking around Filch's office, the door to Filch's office was suddenly pushed open.

"Mrs Norris, where are you?" Filch burst in, shouting, "Are you in your office?"

Filch was so excited to have obtained the Squib Wand that he couldn't wait to go out after settling Lester and the other man in.

In the corridor, Filch unabashedly cast Cleaning Charm, his practiced hand gestures and rapid frequency leaving Ron Weasley dumbfounded.

His mother didn't dare use the Cleaning Charm like that when cleaning the house, for fear that she wouldn't have enough magic power left.

But Filch could cast a Cleaning Charm almost every second, a frequency that astonished Ron Weasley.

Filch was having a great time, but then Filch suddenly realized something was wrong—he was missing someone!

Mrs Norris has disappeared, Filch is panicking; she's his little cat who keeps him company every day.

Filch trembled with fear at the thought of the mischievous Gryffindor students' previous hostility toward Mrs Norris. Mrs Norris, lest a young wizard lay a hand on her.

Even Ron Weasley didn't have time to worry about anything; Filch ran straight back to his office and then witnessed Malfoy and Mrs Norris's intimate actions.

Mrs Norris leaned lazily on Malfoy's shoulder, her little tongue licking Malfoy's palm again and again.

Malfoy kept stroking the kitten with both hands, making the kitten meow.

Seeing this, Filch stood frozen in place, his mind reeling, and his vision blurred.

"Meow!" Mrs Norris, who had been enjoying herself, suddenly jumped off Malfoy, startling Malfoy.

Malfoy turned around and saw Filch standing in the doorway, trembling, drenched in sweat, and his lips quivering wildly.

"Mr. Filch, please let me explain!" Malfoy, feeling inexplicably guilty, blurted out instinctively, "I have absolutely no relation to Mrs Norris!"

Mrs Norris meowed incessantly, her face displaying a very human-like expression of embarrassment.

"Meow meow meow, meow meow meow meow! (Filch, I just ate some of his dried fish)"

The man and the cat were acting like they'd been caught in the act, frantically trying to explain themselves in the office.

Malfoy, in particular, felt incredibly guilty seeing Filch's dejected expression, even though petting a cat was nothing unusual.

"You..." Filch was about to speak when he noticed the food crumbs on Mrs Norris's lips.

His gaze then shifted to the large bag of dried fish in Malfoy's hand.

The prisoners of Azkaban are all high-class people, so what they give Lord Lai must be the best.

Therefore, this large bag of dried fish is also a deluxe package; the price of just one bag is equivalent to Filch's salary for almost half a year.

Looking at the beautifully packaged dried fish in Malfoy's hand, and then at Mrs Norris, whose face was glistening with oil from eating, Filch felt a pang of heartache.

"You... you can continue. I left my broom in the office; I'll come back to get it."

Filch, his voice trembling with tears, walked dejectedly to a corner, grabbed a broom, and hurried away.

He knew he was the one who should leave.

Mrs Norris has suffered these past few years with me. I'm a Squib, and I'm just grateful to have a job in the Wizarding World.

Therefore, he dared not ask for a salary at all, and Headmaster Dumbledore seemed unaware of this, only giving him a small living allowance each month.

Even the money for his weekly beginner spell training course was something he had to work hard to get from Headmaster Dumbledore.

He was such a useless person that he had no way of making Mrs Norris happy; he couldn't even afford fancy cat food!

"Mrs Norris, I hope Malfoy will treat you well in the future!"

Filch muttered something under his breath, only he could hear, and then resolutely left.

"Meow!" Mrs Norris saw Filch leave, didn't even glance at Malfoy, and quickly followed him out.

Mrs Norris liked dried fish, but she liked Filch even more!

After Filch and Mrs Norris, along with their cat, left, Malfoy felt a strange sense of guilt.

The reason he hated Potter and Ron Weasley was because, in Malfoy's eyes, Ron Weasley had stolen his best friend, Harry!

Even though it was his first meeting with Lester Harry at Madam Malkin's Robes Shop, and the first thing he did after boarding the train was to find Potter and want to be friends with him.

In my opinion, Lester, Potter, and myself should become friends.

But now, Lester is incredibly close to him, while Potter is drifting further and further away.

Now, if I feed Mrs Norris myself, wouldn't that make me a third party?

Malfoy looked rather upset and sullen, sitting in his chair without saying a word.

Lester ignored him; he was just a kid, he'd probably forget about him in a minute.

His most important task now is to figure out a way to get the twins' Marauder's Marauder's Map.

Lester had already figured it out: once his fear level reached 500,000, his entire family could increase his magic power by five points.

Once I exchange a few Doran's Ring from the Quest Shop, I'll have the strength to rival the four Deans.

It's important to know that Dumbledore is currently the strongest wizard in the entire Wizarding World world, belonging to the very top tier.

Therefore, the four deans are the middle-tier powerhouses of the first tier.

Aside from Dumbledore, Voldemort, Grindelwald, these three are the most powerful figures, and that makes them the four strongest.

To steal the Sorting Hat, one must always keep an eye on the whereabouts of Dumbledore and the four heads of the house.

He could only make his move when Headmaster Dumbledore was not at the school and the four heads of the House were separated.

The Marauder's Map is something you absolutely must get your hands on.

With it, one can control the movements of everyone at Hogwarts School.
