Miao Mu attended college in Chicago in a previous life before becoming an Arkham Police Department officer. His early police work places him alongside Jerry Cabson in Gotham’s Arkham District. 8 4

He possesses an unexplained “Adventure Treasure” ability that alerts him to hidden artifacts and supplies their properties upon discovery. His first documented find is the Eye of True Sight, a pendant he immediately uses to detect and kill an ambushing coyote. 4 57

While investigating Dollmaker Barton Mathis, Miao Mu fights the Dollmaker’s creations and encounters Batman for the first time. Their initial meeting is tense, but they cooperate to subdue Masterpiece No. 29. 23
