"Can you help me separate them? They are both my children, and no matter who wins or loses, my heart aches."

As an outsider, Chen Xu felt somewhat touched, unable to help sighing inwardly that this truly was a good mother. He genuinely wondered how many good deeds Thor and Loki had done in their past lives to be blessed with such a wonderful mother in this one.

In an instant, Loki and Thor felt incomparably weak. The magic in their bodies was still there yet unusable, and it was constantly being suppressed by some inexplicable force.

Loki looked at Chen Xu in utter shock; clearly, he knew what this red energy was. As for Thor, there was no change in him, only admiration. Even though Loki was not her biological son, that bond of mother-and-son affection was still real. Loki set aside his pride and stopped his hands, and as for Thor, the biological son, it went without saying.
