Domain
The Divine Realm is depicted as a transcendent divine domain at the pinnacle of the heavens, bathed in radiant divine light and sustained by faith gathered from lower-dimensional planes. Its territory contains floating divine mountains, divine trees, rivers of faith, and the God Realm Nexus, where its highest authorities convene. 108 151
- Its central deliberative sites include the God Realm Committee Hall, Supreme Central Council Hall, and Hall of Myriad Gods. 20 103 151
- The domain is protected by entrenched laws, divine formations, and a strict hierarchy that has endured for hundreds of millions of years. 108 151
- Its civilization considers itself the embodiment of heavenly order, while viewing lower planes as resources to be governed and harvested. 108 149
Background / History
According to the Sky Screen’s revelations, the Divine Realm invaded primordial Douluo World after fearing the native civilization’s exceptional potential and Plane Origin. It destroyed that civilization, altered the plane’s rules, and imposed the martial soul system to weaken and control its inhabitants. 30
Douluo was subsequently maintained as a “breeding ground” for Divine Position heirs. The gods imposed the Soul Ring System, altered oceanic rules, interfered with bloodlines, fostered wars, and assigned factions such as Spirit Hall, Shrek, and the Two Great Empires predetermined narrative roles. 8
When Douluo’s inhabitants began resisting, the Divine Realm escalated from sending Main God avatars to deploying a million-strong divine army and the full God Realm Committee. Its stated objective was the extermination of the rebellious plane. 20 21
The first major campaign ended with the collapse of its divine army and the annihilation of all seven Supreme Gods; subsequent accounts describe the Divine Realm as destroyed and its ruins redistributed across Douluo. 26 27 29
Later chapters again depict the Divine Realm as an active power. It approved the Dark Divine Domain’s invasion of Douluo for a share of the Plane Origin, dispatched emissaries to force submission, severed Douluo’s Faith Channels, and launched further expeditions after the emergence of the Faithless Dao. 93 94 104 108
Following heavy losses in its later war against Douluo, internal conflict split the remaining Supreme Main Gods into peace and war factions. The resulting compromise barred an overt Orthodox Divine Path invasion but allowed the war faction to use vassal planes for covert attrition campaigns. 151 152
Organization and Hierarchy
| Rank / Group | Function |
|---|---|
| God Kings | The realm’s strongest known beings; command the Divine Realm Origin and guard the God Domain Core. They normally ignore ordinary plane conquests unless world-changing anomalies arise. 149 |
| Supreme Main Gods | Highest active ruling and military authority; oversee heavenly order, conquest policy, and major expeditions. 20 108 |
| High-Rank Gods | Upper-echelon gods who assist the Main Gods in coordinating heavenly order and lead major combat formations. 108 |
| Mid-Rank Gods | Border guardians and specialists assigned to suppress plane rebellions. 108 |
| Lower Gods | Hold lesser authorities, patrol planes, and serve as emissaries or occupation forces. 94 108 |
| Divine soldiers and generals | The realm’s regular military forces; divine soldiers exceed Titled Douluo strength, while divine generals have reached the Demigod threshold. 20 21 |
Main God Factions
| Faction | Known Members | Position |
|---|---|---|
| Peace faction | Life, Star, Void, and Reincarnation Main Gods | Favours stabilizing the God Domain, slowing conquests, and limiting the war faction’s resource control. 151 |
| War faction | Eternity, Order, and Wrath Main Gods | Favours aggressive expansion, Plane Origin harvesting, and strengthening the Divine Realm through conquest. 149 151 |
Military Forces
| Deployment | Composition | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| First full campaign | 1,000,000 divine soldiers; 3,000 divine generals; 7 Supreme Gods | Sent against Douluo after Main God avatars were defeated; the God Realm Committee led the invasion personally. 20 21 |
| Rebel-Slaying Divine Army | 30 High-Rank Gods; 200 Mid-Rank Gods; 1,000 Lower Gods; 4 Main Gods | Formed for the later war against Douluo after the Faithless Dao threatened the realm’s faith-based order. 108 110 |
| Main-force assault | 130,000,000 divine troops; over 1,000 Mid-Rank Gods; over 200 High-Rank Gods; 3 Supreme Main Gods | The Divine Realm’s later main force, led by Wrath, Order, and Eternity. 123 128 |
| Vassal attrition campaign | Vassal-plane armies and Lower Gods, later supplemented by unaffiliated Mid-Rank Gods | Used to pressure Douluo across multiple borders while avoiding a direct breach of the Supreme Oath. 152 155 157 |
Policies and Mechanisms
Plane Cultivation and Selection
The Divine Realm raises lower planes as controlled sources of heirs, faith, and origin rather than treating their inhabitants as equals. 8 149
- Manipulates laws, bloodlines, wars, and factional identities to create suitable inheritors for Divine Positions. 8
- Labels factions as “righteous” or “evil” to guide events toward desired outcomes. 8
- Treats powerful natives such as Tang San as strategic assets, including Plane Anchors and bargaining chips. 94 95
Faith Hegemony
Faith is the foundation of the Divine Realm’s authority over lower planes and of its own divine ecosystem. 105 106
- Worship, prayers, and offerings flow into the Divine Realm and nourish its gods. 105 108
- Faith also supports a plane’s origin cycle, local deities, and cultivation environment, making lower worlds dependent on the system. 104 105
- The realm sealed Douluo’s Faith Channels to isolate the plane, reduce origin regeneration, and slowly exhaust its defenders without a direct assault. 104
Divine Positions and Suppression
The realm’s system binds gods and ascendants to externally controlled divine authorities. Native deities remain constrained by their plane’s laws, while orthodox Divine Realm gods possess a higher energy level and broader authority. 96 111
- Divine Positions can function as both a source of power and a mechanism of confinement. 111
- Foreign gods possess inherent advantages over native gods in attack strength, energy level, and access to orthodox divine laws. 96
- The Divine Realm’s superiority can be weakened when a plane uses its origin to impose restraints on foreign gods. 96 97
Resurrection Divine Sacrifice Array
The Eternal Main God’s resurrection authority provides the Divine Realm with a major endurance advantage in war. 123 124
- The Resurrection Divine Sacrifice Array sustains the divine army and allows fallen forces to return. 135
- This authority made conventional attrition tactics ineffective until Douluo’s Myriad Spirits Blood Sacrifice damaged the array. 123 135

- Douluo World — A long-term resource plane and heir-selection ground; later becomes the Divine Realm’s most significant rebellion. 8 109

- Li Xuan — An opposing chess player whose interventions expose the realm’s schemes, sever its influence, and repeatedly disrupt its campaigns. 20 25 104
- Bibi Dong and Qian Renxue — Native gods who reject Divine Realm authority and kill one of its Lower God emissaries after the Plane Shackles weaken him. 95 97
- Gu Yue — Dragon God inheritor whose authority defeats and humiliates a Mid-Rank God, forcing the Divine Realm to reassess direct intervention. 101 103
- Youji — Guardian of Douluo who defeats Main Gods, interrogates Wrath for intelligence, and later eliminates vassal Lower Gods across multiple fronts. 149 155 157
- Emberflame Plane — A vassal plane ordered by the war faction to invade Douluo through guerrilla warfare. 152

Trivia

- Its rulers consider a nascent Plane Heart capable of creating a God King to be the true prize behind the invasion of Douluo. 149
- The Faithless Dao directly threatens the Divine Realm because it enables cultivation without worship, faith, or divine oversight. 106
