Green, unconscious, felt as though he had lived a long life.

In the dream of his coma, Green felt that he was an intangible existence, with no body to speak of. He drifted through space, surrounded by flames. These flames did not burn him; instead, they supplied him with nourishment. He was like the monarch of the flames, manipulating them at will.

In this world of flames, he slowly grew. His power grew stronger and stronger, and he could control more and more flames.

As he grew ever more powerful, finally! He reached a boundary, becoming capable of leaving this flaming space and existing on his own. When Green grew capable of departing independently, some knowledge surged into his mind.

He learned that he was a lifeform born from the sun! He had always existed within the sun!

He left the sun. Outside it was a vast, boundless expanse of space. Stars floated throughout it. Although he did not know why these things were called stars, the moment Green saw them, he naturally knew their names!

Compared with the sun that had given birth to Green, these stars were on an entirely different level. There was no life on them, either—only faint fluctuations of energy.

Green drifted upward. At the upper boundary was an intangible wall, so hard that Green could not open it no matter how hard he tried. After struggling for a long time and confirming that he could not break through the wall,

he changed direction and fell downward. Before he reached the ground, countless prayers came to him, begging him to return to the heavens above. Green, acting on his own will, paid them no heed. Instead, he continued lowering his body.
