"Lord Green!" A group of apprentices at the Academy bowed respectfully to Green. He nodded, and they hurried away.
Green followed the stairs down from his laboratory. The Experimental Area, usually quiet, had grown lively.
Large numbers of apprentices had rented laboratories in the Experimental Area to conduct their own experiments.
Since the Academy had begun training Wizards at a frantic pace, the major powers had poured out resources. Instruments once considered precious were becoming widely available, and the number of Wizard Apprentices on the East Coast had grown severalfold.
As Green continued producing Potions, his standing in the Academy rose. Though he was still only a First-Level Wizard, he was already called a Potion master and respected by many Wizards.
Given the extraordinary circumstances, the Academy had paid a steep price—a Second-Level Spirit—to finally secure Green's agreement to release the Potion formula early.
Green had no objection. With Dennis here, no Wizard would dare seize what was his.
Outside the Experimental Area, people could be seen everywhere in the Academy. It was bustling.
