To a Wizard, forming bonds with ordinary people or those who lacked talent would only bring pain in the end.
To avoid that pain, Wizards tried not to form bonds with Wizards of different levels.
After all, their lifespans were worlds apart. An ordinary person would turn to a handful of yellow earth in less than a century, while even a First-Level Wizard enjoyed a long life. Barring accidents, most White Wizards retained vigorous Life Force until the day they died.
After returning to the Academy, Green threw himself into research and study. The knowledge in Soul Academy's Library, the Academy's current knowledge, and the new techniques inspired by Fairy World consumed vast amounts of his time. Add his daily meditation, and he had no free time at all.
