Three days later...
In the study on the top floor of the Wizard Tower, two figures in ice-blue robes stood respectfully before Green, their gazes lowered and their shoulders slightly hunched.
One had a head as transparent as ice crystal, as though it had been carved from a massive block of ice. A stark boundary marked where it met his flesh. The other's pupils radiated an icy blue light, and intensely frigid Mental Power seeped from them. Her snow-white hair emanated a bone-deep chill.
The man and woman had both reached the Third-Level Limit in Mental Power, which they could barely keep from radiating outward.
"Aige, Jinniya, pay our respects to the great Sun Lord!" They bowed to Green, their voices filled with humility.
Watching them bow, Green gave a light wave of his hand. A force they could not resist straightened them up.
"You've come to see me now. Does that mean you're ready, Jinniya?" Green asked with a smile, looking at the female Wizard whose pupils exuded icy Mental Power.
"Yes, great Sun Lord. The School has prepared the conditions for my breakthrough. My Mental Power and Soul Aptitude have also reached their peak. I'll be ready to attempt the breakthrough in seven days," Jinniya replied at once.
"I see!... I'll arrive on time. I won't go back on what I promised you! But Jinniya, there's no way to keep this breakthrough secret. How many Wizards have already gathered at the site?"
Green nodded, first assuring her that he would protect her during the breakthrough. Then he turned to Aige beside her and asked.
The man whose head looked carved from ice crystal was Aige, the Wizard from the Ice Purity School who had previously requested an audience with Green. Green had no idea what had happened to
