Standing on the back of the wyvern, Green looked toward the very center of the glacier. The island chosen by the Ice Purity School had been completely frozen over beneath a colossal layer of ice hundreds of meters thick. Without carefully examining the ice, it was impossible to discover the island hidden below.
The mountain at the center of the island had become a gigantic iceberg that rose straight into the sky. The conical iceberg was divided into three sections: upper, middle, and lower.
At the summit, halfway up the mountain, and at its foot stood three distinctly different groups of people.
At the very top of the mountain, Jinniya sat there quietly. The Mental Power that had previously spilled outward when she met Green had now been completely reined in, and not the slightest fluctuation of Mental Power emanated from her body. But as a Fourth-Level Wizard, Green could see at a glance that Jinniya was now like the sea: calm on the surface, yet surging with turbulent energy beneath. All it needed was a little external stimulus, and it would erupt at once.
