The appearance of the airship sparked tremendous upheaval. Most of the creatures on the ground looked on with extreme terror when they saw it, then scattered in every direction at breakneck speed.
Only a handful of highly intelligent creatures hid themselves somewhat and continued watching the airship.
In the airship's control room, Green looked down at the creatures fleeing across the wasteland and the tension thick in the air, frowning slightly.
The creatures' behavior suggested they were extremely afraid of the airship's appearance. In other words, they had encountered something similar before.
Green piloted the airship and reduced its speed to a crawl, letting it hover in the sky.
Flap! Flap!
The sound of wings beating and slicing through the air came from below the airship.
A Wyvern was rapidly flying up toward the airship. It had four legs, a wingspan of seventy or eighty meters, a body forty or fifty meters long, and a yellow-brown dragon's head. The pressure radiating from it was no weaker than that of a Second-Level Wizard.
The Wyvern was directly below the airship on its right. Standing beside the floor-to-ceiling window, Green could only use his Mental Power to examine it.
"Hmm, it doesn't seem hostile!" Green's Mental Power was so powerful that a casual sweep was enough to tell whether the other party had any malicious intent.
Since it meant no harm, this was exactly what Green had hoped for.

The air shimmered faintly, and Green's body turned into specks of light, passing straight through the airship's glass and emerging outside.
The specks quickly gathered, and Green's figure materialized in midair. The Wyvern flying up from below naturally saw him.
