Once the Wizarding World's future direction had been settled, the High-Level Wizards gathered there reacted differently. Some looked excited, while others harbored worries. Their differing temperaments showed in their differing views of what lay ahead.
With their own thoughts in mind, the High-Level Wizards bid Capecchi farewell and quickly left Sky City.
Having witnessed the conversation between Green and the Wizard Will, they knew that slow but enormous changes would sweep through the Wizarding World over the next several thousand years. As leaders of their respective factions, they needed to return and prepare.
As they left, many could not help glancing at Green, a trace of bewilderment flashing through their eyes.

At Green's question, understanding flickered across Capecchi's face. Higher Knowledge was contaminating; apart from Green, none of the other Sixth-Level Wizards could withstand its contamination.
Capecchi gave Green a long look, accepted the ring, and scanned it briefly with his Mental Power. Then he put it away and drew a deep breath.
"Wizard Green, the Balance Rule restricts me, so I can reveal only part of it. I'll show you some things directly.
