Central Region

At the very end of the book, a map was tucked inside.

Green looked at the map. The clearly marked area occupied less than one-fifth of it!

"Mentor, why does the map record only one-fifth of the entire Wizard Continent? What is in the rest of it?"

Hearing Green's confusion, Lilian laughed, looking as though everything had gone exactly as she expected.

"Almost everyone who joins a School asks this question after seeing this map. I once asked my Mentor the same thing. This place of ours is called the East Coast, so naturally there are also the South Coast, North Coast, and West Coast. According to the records passed down in rumors and the ancient texts, those three places are Wizarding lands just like ours."

At this point, Lilian paused and pointed at the center of the map with her index finger.

"And here is the core of the Wizarding World. We call it the Central Region. The Central Region is extremely far from the Four Great Coasts. Even by airship, it takes a whole year to travel there. During the Medieval Era, the Four Great Coasts were still connected to the Central Region, but as time passed, the connection between both sides grew weaker and weaker.

"By now, the two sides have completely lost contact. The Central Region contains knowledge left behind from the Ancient Era and possesses far richer elemental energy. The Wizards there are much stronger than those of the Four Great Coasts! Some Wizards have even restored the ancient glory of the Wizarding World and begun exploring other worlds.
