Before long, Dago returned to the Rose Inn, only to find Stuo waiting for him at the entrance.
"Lord Dago, it has been a few days. There's finally progress on the matter you entrusted to me!"
The moment Stuo saw Dago return, he hurried over and spoke excitedly.
"At Number 60 Oak Street in Kletam City, there's a fallen noble family that closely matches the circumstances Lord Dago described."
Stuo continued speaking. Over the past few days, he had put considerable effort into gathering information about Selena's family.
Dago casually took a small black cloth pouch from his storage ring and handed it to him. The pouch rustled, seemingly filled with many tiny gemstones, and looked quite heavy.
"Alright, I understand. This is your reward for all your hard work these past few days."
Stuo accepted the black pouch, respectfully performed a wizard's salute toward Dago, and said, "Thank you for your generosity, Lord Dago. With these Magic Stones, I can pursue my dream of becoming a wizard as well."

Following the address Stuo had given him, Dago stopped before a dilapidated manor.
The low walls, built of gray stone, were covered in ivy, with parts of them cracked and crumbling away.
Through the gaps in the ornate patterns of the rusted iron gate, he could vaguely see a nearly abandoned flower garden and collapsed statues within. There also seemed to be a small pool, though it had been entirely covered in dark green.
"So this is where Selena's family lives? It looks utterly run-down."
